Solution Multi-User Info Tracking with Custom, Real-Time Reporting and Analysis

Brand Payer Marketers struggled using Excel spreadsheets hosted on the company’s SharePoint site to collect and share data. Numerous teams needed access (~100 people) to document their drug(s) launch progress.

Version control and confusion, file sharing lockouts, and data entry errors compounded existing data integrity issues. Copious amounts of time were spent either attempting to aggregate data into meaningful launch metrics or chasing down information that hadn’t been entered due to input problems. These issues resulted in incomplete reports and delays in discovering critical launch KPIs for key stakeholders, senior leadership, and feedback to the field.

In order to fix their business challenges and revolutionize the analysis of their drug launches, they needed to:

• Use a new process to comprehensively track progress between Payer Marketers promoting new drugs and the Payers providing coverage.

• Identify, target, and triage any coverage issues early.
