G99 is a joint venture between Uppal Group and QVC Realty. Uppal groupfounded in 1979 is a reputed real estate development company which has gained

a name for itself for maintaining high quality standards. They have vast

experience in residential projects, commercial complexes, IT Parks, Hotels and

SEZ’s. The group has till today completed more than 5000 quality units and

covered more than 30 million sq ft area and have more than Rs 5000 cores

projects underway. QVC realty is a Bangalore-based real estate company which is

India’s first venture backed company. The company has experienced and highly

qualified professionals. The company focuses on real estate establishments in

Tier I and Tier II cities.

OVERALL 

In our view, Dwarka Expressway & Metro will provide better connectivity to

Gurgaon and the real estate prices will also increase in the sectors adjoining the

expressway. Gurgaon 99 is located right on the expressway and is next to the SEZ.

Therefore we advise investing in the plots or villas as per one’s requirements.
