Updated project outline:

Students will select and research a scientist/artist. Student will share informationabout individual scientist/artist on the project’s webpage. Each scientist/artist willhave their own link stemming from timeline of different eras. Each era will alsohave a link to a “dinner party” page where students’ characters will discuss

something (perhaps a newspaper article from that time period) with other scientists/artists from the same era. Characters will also have to “bring” a visualartifact as a visual representation (or icon) for that artist/scientist. Icon will be

placed at the table where students will have their discussion(s). The dinner party could also be linked to or similar to VoiceThread ( http://voicethread.com/#home  ). If it were linked to VoiceThread, each era would have its own voice thread discussionsite (free to set up and use).
