    VENUE INFORMATION

    MANILA - THE EXHIBITION CENTER

    Metro Manila is the geographic, commercial, social and political center of the Philippines. It boasts of world-classfully equipped convention and exhibition facilities, one of which is the World Trade Center Metro Manila

    (WTCMM).

    WTCMM provides an appropriate venue for world-class businesses to showcase their products, services andexpertise and it is also a venue where trade discussions can be carried out under one roof. Strategically locatedalong two of the citys thoroughfares, it is a major venue for exhibitions, concerts and special events. It isstrategically and conveniently located a few meters from the international airport and seaport, within easyaccess to deluxe hotels, the citys business center and popular entertainment locales.

    PARTICIPATION

    CONTRACT :An applicant is officially considered an Exhibitor only upon submission of the dulysigned SALES AGREEMENT and upon payment of the Exhibitors Package fees.

    CONDITIONS :All the terms and conditions stated in the SALES AGREEMENT, all instructions in thisExhibitors Manual, and all bulletins/circulars issued by BMPI shall form part of therules and regulations governing UNTV FAST 4WARD.

    BMPI reserves the right to carry out changes whenever necessary for the success ofUNTV FAST 4WARD.

    In case of disputes in the interpretation of the conditions indicated herein, BMPIsdecision shall be final and binding.

    WITHDRAWAL :All cancellations must be received in writing. No refunds shall be made for anycancellation received after July 12, 2008.

    EXHIBITORS FEES :Exhibitors fees must be paid in cash or check payable to BMPI on or before July 13,2008. Failure to do so shall mean automatic transfer of the slot to wait-listed

    applicants.

    RULES AND REGULATIONS PERTAINING TO THE EXHIBIT

    INGRESS AND EGRESS

    1. The Ingress and Egress schedule for the exhibitors specified in the EVENT SCHEDULE must be followed.

    2. Only vehicles with Delivery Vehicle Pass provided by BMPI shall be allowed entry during the set-up anddismantling periods. The Delivery Vehicle Pass must be displayed prominently in the vehicle for immediateidentification by the venue security personnel.

    3. Only persons with the appropriate UNTV FAST 4WARD identification cards provided by BMPI shall beallowed entry during the setup and dismantling periods.

    4. Proper dress code must be observed at all times. Persons wearing slippers, sleeveless undershirts, or anyattire deemed inappropriate and out of place by BMPI within the venue shall not be allowed entry. If theperson is already inside the venue, he or she will be asked to leave.

    5. Every exhibitor must accomplish an Ingress/Egress Form during ingress where all exhibit materials to bedisplayed must be itemized. Every exhibitor must keep its copy of the form as such will be needed duringegress.

    a. The Ingress/Egress Form must be accomplished in triplicate, to be distributed among BMPI, theexhibitor, and the venue security personnel.

    b. The Ingress/Egress Form will be checked by the venue security personnel upon entry of the exhibitmaterials into and upon exit from the venue.

    IMPORTANT: BMPI shall NOT be held liable for the loss or damage of exhibit materials not covered by theIngress/Egress.

    6. Only hand carried items such as laptops, cameras, poster canisters, and luggage trolleys shall be allowedentry/exit at the lobby. Heavy items shall be allowed such at the loading bay only.

    7. Failure to bring exhibition items on the specified time shall mean forfeiture of booth(s) and booth payment.BMPI has the option to award said booth(s) to a waitlisted company or another exhibitor.

    8. Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning up its booth. Janitors shall be assigned by the venuemanagement to collect garbage at the end of the event.

    a. Each exhibitor must remove used packing materials from the aisles not later than 6AM on July 13, 2008.

    No one shall be allowed to leave packing materials or exhibit items at the aisles after the time statedabove.

    b. BMPI requests all exhibitors to provide their own safekeeping and storage equipment as it is unable toprovide such for all exhibitors.

    9. Each exhibitor must ensure that its materials will not obstruct the flow of traffic within the exhibition areaduring ingress and egress. In case of obstruction, the concerned exhibitor shall be given enough time toremove the obstructing material. However, failure to comply promptly shall compel BMPI to remove theobstructing materials at the exhibitors expense.

    10. No exhibitor shall be allowed to move out any or part of its exhibit before the scheduled egress time. Anyviolation shall merit the concerned exhibitor a penalty equivalent to 25% of the availed exhibitors packagefee.

    11. No exhibitor shall be allowed to remove his equipment or displays from the venue without prior clearancefrom BMPI and/or Centrex. The exhibitor must settle all accounts with BMPI and/or Centrex beforeclearance can be given.

    12.At 12PM on July 13, 2008, items and other properties of all exhibitors must have already been removed from

    the venue premises. Failure to comply shall mean disposal of the properties by BMPI to a location ofBMPIs choice at the risk and expense of the exhibitor. BMPI shall NOT be held liable for any loss ordamage that may occur to the said items.

    IMPORTANT: Despite tight security as protection, thefts may still occur especially during ingress and egress.As such, all exhibitors are advised to take the necessary precautions to attend to and safeguard theirproperties at all times.

    USE OF BOOTH, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION

    1. Every exhibitor undertakes to use the booth for the duration of the event in conformity with all rules andregulations set forth by BMPI.

    2. Every exhibitor shall handle the interior design of its own booth(s).

    a. Other than those provided by BMPI, every exhibitor is responsible for his additional materialsand equipment relative to equipping the stand.

    b. BMPI encourages all exhibitors to make full use of their booths. However, other constructionsand superstructures which do not conform with the dimensions specified must have prior writtenclearance from BMPI.

    c. Structures that may pose danger to attendees of the event, especially children, the disabledand elderly shall not be allowed by BMPI.

    3. The following activities shall NOT BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE:

    a. Posting banners, posters and other materials on walls, columns and floor.b. Gluing, nailing or boring holes on walls, columns and floor.c. Spray painting. Only retouch painting with brush or roller is allowed. In this case proper walland floor covering must be used to prevent straining thereof.d. Cutting of any construction materials including the use of grinder, sanders and/or power saw.e. Welding activity.

    MANNING OF BOOTH

    1. Each exhibitors representatives are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes before the opening of the

    program.

    2. Each exhibitors representatives must wear the exhibitors ID at all times within the venue. NO ID, NOENTRY policy shall be strictly enforced or implemented.

    Additional IDs beyond the allotted number shall be charged PhP100.00 each. Only the name ofparticipating companies shall be printed on the IDs. Request for additional IDs must be made before theingress period.

    3. Exhibit hours shall be from 8 AM to 8PM. During such time, each exhibitor undertakes to keep its booth

    sufficiently manned at all times.

    a. Each exhibitors representatives must be knowledgeable about its operations and caneffectively represent the company.

    b. By-standers are strictly NOT allowed inside booths.

    IMPORTANT: BMPI shall NOT be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur.

    4. When sampling, demonstrating and/or entertaining guests, every exhibitor must ensure that all guestscoming in and out of its booth do not block the aisles or overlap into neighboring exhibitors.

    CLEANLINESS

    1. Although general janitorial services shall be provided, every exhibitor shall be responsible for cleaning

    its booth before leaving the venue at the end of the event.

    2. BMPI shall provide plastic waste cans at the exhibit venue. Trash bags shall be supplied in themorning and afternoon by assigned janitors. Garbage shall be collected at the specified schedules tomaintain cleanliness of the exhibition hall.

    3. The venue management shall provide a general cleaning staff to maintain cleanliness in the commonareas, aisles and restrooms.

    SECURITY

    1. All persons within the venue must wear an ID provided by BMPI at all times from ingress until egress.Every exhibitor must disseminate IDs to his representatives for ingress, egress and booth manning.

    2. Security personnel will clear the venue of attendees and exhibitors personnel at the end of the event.Only exhibitor representatives who have requested special permission will be allowed in the halls after alimited time period only.

    3. Any theft or damage must be reported to BMPI and/or security within 24 hours. However, BMPI shallnot be liable for losses whatsoever caused by theft, misplacement, breakages, fire, and other acts of GODthat may arise in transit to or at the exhibition hall. All exhibitors are advised to insure their exhibit itemsagainst any possible risk.

    4. Exhibitors that require private guards at their booths must inform BMPI in writing at least two (2) daysprior to the event.

    5. For the protection of the general public, firearms and deadly weapons shall not be allowed entry even ifaccompanied with proper government permits, documentations or licenses, if these are not for exhibitpurposes.

    6. BMPI reserves the right to refuse entry of materials or equipment, which BMPI considers detrimental tothe public safety. Intoxicated persons and unruly characters whom BMPI believes can jeopardize theconduct of the event shall be denied or refused entry of if already inside the exhibition hall, shall be asked toleave.

    IMPORTANT: Security service is being provided to protect all exhibitors equipment. However, it is up to everyexhibitor to exercise prudent judgment and to safeguard his personal property and belongings. Removeanything of value that can be carried away. An ounce of prevention will eliminate long and tedious insuranceand police investigation.

    INSURANCE

    BMPI does not bear the risk of insurance. It is the responsibility of every exhibitor to provide sufficient insuranceprotection against all risks deriving from its participation in the event.

    SALE OF EXHIBIT ITEMS

    Over the counter selling of exhibitor goods is allowed. However, the exhibitor must replace sold items so thatthe booth presentation is maintained.

    FORCE MAJEURE

    The event may be postponed, shortened or extended due to any case of whatsoever nature outside the controlof BMPI. BMPI is not responsible for any losses sustained by any exhibitor, directly or indirectly, attributable toelements of nature, force majeure or orders and directive imposed by our government authority.

    BOOTH INFORMATION

    A. BOOTH SHELL-SCHEME

    1. Shell and Framing. Framing system shall be OCTANORM aluminum framing system with 3mmpanels.

    2. Facilities. Standard Booth Facilities (per 9.0sqm) shall be the following:

    Flat fascia board with company name

    One (1) Newline information table

    Two (2) conference chairs

    One (1) 220-volt power outlet

    Needle-punch carpet

    Two (2) fluorescent lamp sets

    3. Fascia. Company name on fascia shall be limited to 20 characters including spaces. It shall bedone in 100mm high letter cut-outs. Logos or custom-made signs shall be subject to additional

    charges.( see attached Checklist for Exhibitors- FORM A)

    B. BOOTH FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE

    1. Exhibitors Responsibility. It shall be the responsibility of the EXHIBITOR to maintain and

    assure that the Booth system and supplied facilities be kept free from any damage or lossduring the duration of the exhibition. Any damage, loss or disfigurement of the system orsupplied facilities while the booth is in the care of the exhibitors shall be repaired or replaced atthe Exhibitors expenses.

    2. Painting and Puncturing of Panels. The Exhibitor is prohibited from painting, puncturing byscrews and nails, pasting or any action that may otherwise damage or disfigure the booth shelland/or the framing system. The Official Contractor shall supply the proper hooks (for hanging

    and non-damage adhesive should the Exhibitors require these at the Exhibitors expense.

    C. REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL FACILITIES

    1. Additional Facilities. Additional facilities like furnitures, furnishings and showcases, electricaland audio visuals, panels with OCTANORM framing, plants and flowers etc may be rented bythe Exhibitor only from the Official Booth Contractor unless such additional facilities are notavailable from the contractor. ( See Additional Facilities Order Form: FORM B; Location Planfor Ordered Facilities- FROM C)

    2. Orders fro Additional Facilities. Requests for additional facilities must be submitted to the

    Organizer not later than July 11, 2008, after this date, the Organizer and/or the OfficialExhibition Contractor shall have the option to accept or refuse orders fro Additional Facilities.

    Late orders if accepted shall be serviced on a first come first basis with no guarantee of deliveryon time and will be subject to Additional Facilities Late Order Surcharge of 30%. All on-siteorders are subject to availability and 50% surcharge payable in cash.

    Centrex strictly implements a NO PAYMENT, NO DELIVERY for pre-orders, late and on-siteorders.

    D. ELECTRICAL FACILITIES AND INSTALLATIONS

    1. Convenience Outlet Load. All standard Convenience outlets are related to handle a maximumloading factor of 300 watts per outlet. Exhibitors are requested to be guided accordingly.

    2. Additional Electrical Load. Exhibitors requiring additional power for their displays must orderfrom Official Contractor on or before their requirements. Additional power loads shall becharged accordingly to the Exhibitor.

    3. Electrical Connection, Exhibitor shall not be allowed to connect any electrical device other thanthose which can be plugged into the convenience outlets provided. Only the official boothcontractor or his authorized representative shall be allowed to install electrical connectionswithin the Exhibition.

    4. Electrical Safety. All electrical display must conform to government standard and exhibit venuesafety requirements. The Organizer and/or Official booth contractor reserve the right to refuseconnection and/pr disallow the installation of any display or electrical device and/or removesuch displays or devices which fail to conform to the safety standards.

    E. EXHIBITORS INGRESS AND EGRESS

    1. The Exhibitors shall not be allowed to move in his display materials before the appointedschedule.

    2. No Exhibitor shall be allowed to move out any or part of his equipment before the scheduled

    egress time. Equipments and materials not removed by the Exhibitor beyond the Egress periodshall be moved and transferred by the Official contractor at the Exhibitors expense.

    3. Clearance. No exhibitor may remove his equipments or displays from the Exhibit venue withoutprior clearance from the Organizer and the Official Contractor. Exhibitors must settle anyaccount with the Official contractor or the Organizer before such clearance can be given.

    4. Circulation. Exhibitors must see to it that their materials shall not obstruct the traffic flowcirculation within the exhibition during ingress and egress. Exhibitors whose materials are foundto be obstructing the circulation within the Exhibition shall be given ample time to remove them.Materials not removed after such time shall be removed at the Exhibitors expense.

    F. OTHER CONTRACTORS

    1. Sole Contractor. Centrex Corporation shall be the sole Official Contractor for the exhibition. Noother contractor may be allowed to construct, assemble, decorate, install or supply any materialor provide any services within the Exhibition without prior approval from Centrex Corporation.

    2. Prior Accreditation. The Official Contractor shall require Contractors of Exhibitors to get prioraccreditation or shall not be allowed within the Exhibition.

    3. Prior Approval. The Official Contractor shall require accredited Contractors to submit plans andother shop drawing for approval at least 30 days before scheduled ingress. The OfficialContractor reserves the right to make revisions on plans and shops drawings which would notconform with the OCTANORM system. It also reserves the right not to allow the installation ofdesigns and materials not approved or without prior approval.

    4. Registration of Outside Contractors. Exhibitors using Outside Contractor should submit the

    name of the Outside Contractor/Designer.(See Application for Outside Contractors- FORM F.)

    An appropriate Supervision/Responsibility Fee of PHP 250.00 = VAT shall be charged and must be paidprior to entry by the Outside contractor. This applies to venues that charge the exhibition contractor anaccreditation fee.

    Php 100.00 per ID. Only when the non The Outside Contractor upon registration shall be charged thenon-refundable processing/ID fee of -refundable processing/ID fee is received and fully settled to theOfficial contractor will the Outside contractor is allowed to bring in their materials and equipment insidethe exhibition hall and commence work.

    Centrex implements a NO PAY, NO ENTRY policy for Outside contractors.

    G. ADDITIONAL LABOR SND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

    1. Exhibitors Requirements. Should the Exhibitor require the services of skilled personnel, he

    should inform the Official Exhibition Contractor prior to his ingress and or/ immediately upon hisarrival in the Exhibition. The services of these skilled personnel shall be served on a First

    Served basis. Any materials consumed in the servicing of the Exhibitors requirements shall befor the account of the Exhibitor.

    H. FIRE SAFETY AND REGULATIONS

    1. Exhibition Materials. No exhibit materials may be installed with the exhibition if it does not passthe Match-Flame Test.

    2. Match Flame Test. Exhibit materials when subjected to a match flame 12mm from below for aperiod of 15seconds must not catch flame or cause flame to spread to its surrounding areas.Materials not conforming to the above test must be treated with appropriate Fire RetardantChemical or Treatment prior to installation

    Note: Failure to comply with the above rules might cause delay in ingress period.

    It is herein explicitly agreed and stipulated that UNTV Fast 4ward, BMPI Inc. and World Trade Center Metro Manila and appointed boothcontractor shall not be responsible for any damages or losses arising from any cause(s) or reason(s) whatsoever, or any equipment orproperties (subject matter of this pass-in and out form) of the exhibitors. While the organizers will provide ample security for the venue, thecare and protection of the items subject to this form is recognized to belong to and be the responsibility of the exhibitors themselves.Note:

    3. SHELL-SCHEME EXHIBITION FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCEA. EXHIBITORS RESPONSIBILITY

    It shall be the responsibility of the Exhibitor/Lessee to maintain and assure thatthe Shell-Scheme System and supplied facilities is kept free from anydamage or loss during the duration of the Exhibition. Any damage, loss ordisfigurement of the system and supplied facilities while in custody or careof the Exhibitor/Lessee shall be repaired or replaced at theExhibitor/Lessees expense.B. PAINTING AND PUNCTURING OF PANELS

    The Exhibitor/Lessee is prohibited from painting, puncturing by screws and nails,pasting or any action that may otherwise damage or disfigure the shell-scheme and/or the framing system. CENTREX shall supply the properhooks and non damage adhesive at the Exhibitor/Lessees expense.

    4. ACCESSORIES AND FACILITIES ORDER

    A. ACCESSORIES AND FACILITIES. Accessories andfacilities like Chairs, Tables, Spotlights, Plants, Etc. (Refer to AdditionalFacilities Order Form and Pricelist) may be rented by the Exhibitor/Lessee

    only from CENTREX unless such additional facilities are not availablefrom CENTREX.B. ADDITIONAL FACILITIES ORDERRequests for Additional Facilities must be submitted to the Organizer orCENTREX not later than __________________________ ___________.After this date, the Organizer and/or CENTREX shall have the option toaccept or refuse orders for Additional Facilities. Orders if accepted shallbe serviced on a first-come, first-serve basis with no guarantee of deliveryon time and will be subject to Late Order Surcharge of 30% and On-SiteSurcharge of 50%. CENTREX strictly implements a NO PAYMENT, NODELIVERY for pre-orders, on-site orders and late orders.

    5. ELECTRICAL FACILITIES AND INSTALLATIONSA. CONVENIENCE OUTLET LOAD. All Standard Convenience Outlets are

    rated to handle a maximum loading factor of 300 watts per outlet.Exhibitors/Lessee is requested to be guided accordingly.

    B. ADDITIONAL ELECTRICAL LOADS. Exhibitors/Lessee requiringadditional power for their display must order from CENTREX on or beforedeadline date. Additional power loads shall be charged accordingly to theExhibitor. (Refer to Additional Facilities Order Form).

    C. ELECTRICAL CONNECTION. Exhibitor/Lessee shall not be allowed toconnect any electrical device other than those which can be plugged into theconvenience outlets provided by CENTREX. Only the Exhibitor shall connector plug in their equipment to CENTREX supplied outlets.

    D. ELECTRICAL SAFETY. All electrical displays must conform to governmentstandard and exhibit venue safety requirements. The Organizer and/orCENTREX reserve the right to refuse connection and/or disallow theinstallation of any display or electrical devise and/or remove such displays ordevices which fail to conform to safety standards.

    6. EXHIBITORS INGRESS AND EGRESSA. The Exhibitor/Lessee shall not be allowed to move in display materials before

    the appointed schedule.B. No Exhibitor/Lessee shall be allowed to move out any or part of his

    equipment before the scheduled egress time. Equipments and materials notremoved by the Exhibitor/Lessee beyond egress period shall be moved andtransferred by CENTREX at Exhibitor/Lessee expense.

    C. CLEARANCE. No Exhibitor/Lessee may remove his equipments or displaysfrom the exhibit venue without prior clearance from the Organizer andCENTREX. Exhibitor/Lessee must settle any accounts to CENTREX beforesuch clearance can be given.

    D. CIRCULATION. Exhibitor/Lessee must see to it that their materials shall notobstruct the traffic flow circulation within the Exhibition during Ingress andEgress. Exhibitor/Lessee whose materials are found to be obstructing thecirculation within the exhibition aisles shall be given ample time to removethem. Materials not removed after such time shall be removed atExhibitor/Lessees expense.

    7. OTHER CONTRACTORSA. SOLE CONTRACTOR. CENTREX CORPORATION shall be the sole Official

    Contractor for the exhibition. No other contractor may be allowed to construct,assemble, decorate, install or supply any material or provide any serviceswithin the Exhibition without prior approval from CENTREX.

    B. PRIOR ACCREDITATION. CENTREX shall require contractors of exhibitorsto get prior accreditation (refer to Application for Outside Contractor).OutsideContractors without accreditation shall not be allowed within the Exhibition.

    An appropriate Supervision/Responsibility Fee shall be charged and must bepaid prior to entry by the Outside Contractor.

    C. PRIOR APPROVAL. CENTREX shall require Outside Contractors to submitplans and other shop drawings for approval at least 30 days before scheduledingress. CENTREX reserves the right to make revisions on plans and shopdrawings which would not conform to OCTANORM System. It also reservesthe right not to allow the installation of designs and materials not approved orwithout prior approval.

    8. ADDITIONAL LABOR AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTSA. EXHIBITORS REQUIREMENTS. Should the Exhibitor/Lessee require the

    services of skilled personnel, he should inform CENTREX a week or so, priorto ingress and/or immediately upon his arrival in the Exhibition. The servicesof these skilled personnel shall be served on a first-come, first-serve basis.Any materials consumed in the servicing of the Exhibitor/Licenseerequirements shall be for the account of the Exhibitor.

    9. FIRE SAFETY AND REGULATIONSA. EXHIBITION MATERIALS. No exhibit material may be installed within the

    exhibition if it does not pass the Match-Flame Test.B. MATCH FLAME TEST. Exhibit materials when subjected to match flame

    12mm from below for a period of 15 seconds must not catch flame or cause

    flame to spread to its surrounding areas. Materials not conforming to theabove test must be treated with appropriate Fire Retardant Chemical orTreatment prior to installation.

    C. TESTING. The Organizer and/or CENTREX may require Exhibitor/Lessee tosubmit samples of exhibit materials for testing and reserves the right todisallow and remove any or all exhibit materials not conforming to above test.

    FORM ETERMS AND CONDITIONS(Effective 2008 until Revised)

    1. CHANGES and REVISIONS. Prices quoted are per designs and specifications submitted. Any changes or revisions shall be subject to priceadjustments as agreed upon by both parties. No changes and revisions shall be accepted within 30 days of delivery date. For special designsand requirements, a longer period may be required.

    2. DESIGN and SPECIFICATION. Centrex shall strive to deliver all items per designs and specifications indicated. Should materials specifiedbe unavailable and design is not to industry standards or common practice, we reserve the right to use equivalent materials or revise suchdesigns to follow industry standards.

    3. VALUE ADDED TAX. Unless otherwise stated, price quoted is subject to prevailing 12 % Value Added Tax, or other gross taxes due thegovernment.

    4. PRICE EFFECTIVITY. Prices indicated herein are effective for the period and terms stated in this quotation. When such period and terms isnot indicated, price shall be confirmed only upon receipt of the required down payment, subject to item 5 below.

    5. PRICE ADJUSTMENT. Prices are based on the prevailing costs. Any drastic changes in costs due to force majeure or sudden increasesshall be cause for a change in contract price.

    6. FABRICATION PERIOD. Fabrication or Production Period is thirty (30) working days. Special Designs & Requirements may require longerdays.

    7. DELIVERY. Delivery dates are estimates based on normal working conditions. We are not liable for any failure to deliver due to events andconditions beyond our control such as but not limited to fire, loss or delay in transit by carrier, strikes, slow downs and lock outs, adverseweather conditions e.g. typhoons, floods, power interruptions, earthquake and others as may be considered force majeure affecting us or ourimmediate suppliers.

    8. DELAYS. Centrex Corporation shall not be liable for damages, and losses arising from the delays in delivery or non-delivery covered byparagraph 6 & 7.

    9. PAYMENT. Unless otherwise stated, payment for this quotation/Agreement shall be as follows: 30 days and more before delivery : 10% down payment of the Total Contract Price or P 10,000.00 whichever is higher;

    29 days to 20 days before delivery : 50% down payment (to include prior payments); 19 days to 10 days before delivery : 85% down payment (to include prior payments);

    Balance upon installation on/or before egress.Payments for sale shall be 50% upon confirmation of order and the 50% balance on or before delivery

    10. ORDER CONFIRMATION. Only orders with corresponding down payment shall be considered as firm orders, and the date of the bankclearance of the check payment (except for cash) shall be the countdown date for delivery.

    11. PENALTIES. Payment not received within due dates shall be charged interest at the prevailing rate or 2% per month whichever is higher.Penalties shall be charged per month or fraction there of. If the service of a lawyer is required, client hereby agrees to pay 25% of contractprice as lawyers fee.

    12. LEASED ITEMS. All items supplied under lease remain the property of Centrex Corporation as the lessor.

    13. LESSEE and BUYER LIABLITY. The lessee and/or buyer shall be liable based on replacement costs plus lawyers fees, for all damages andlosses for all items leased, or bought but not yet paid, including such damage or loss due to force majeure, even if such loss or damage hasbeen caused by third parties. The Lessor or Buyers liability commences upon delivery and/or installation of leased items and until their returnor collection by us even if the lessee is no longer present; buyers liability ceases upon full payment for sold items. Lessees may be required

    to issue security bonds, security deposits or make other acceptable arrangements. Centrex Corporation reserves the right to enter clientspremises or leased venues, and take back possession of all items not totally paid for as per payment due dates, whether rental or sale.

    14. CHANGES. Terms and conditions specified herein shall be held binding. Any changes to the above must be in writing duly agreed upon byboth parties.

    15. OFFICIAL CONTRACTOR. If Centrex is the contracted Official Contractor of an Event/Project, the Organizer shall so inform the Exhibitorsand include the name of Centrex in publications & printed materials as the Official Contractor together with Centrexs Customer Order Forms.As an accredited official contractor of the World Trade Center (WTC), Centrex is responsible to WTC for all outside non accreditedcontractors/workers even if they are in-house workers of Exhibitors. A Supervision/Responsibility fee of PHP 250.00 per sq. meter shall becharged on a no pay, no entry policy.

    16. JURISDICTION. Any court action arising from this agreement shall be under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

    The Organizer and/or Event Manager will allot a number(s) of poster to the exhibitor, in order to be posted onstrategic location for the awareness of the masses.

    H: SERVICE FACILITIES

    SECRETARIAT COUNTER

    The Secretariat Counter will be located within the World Trade Center. The Secretariat Staff will be on hand toentertain all inquiries and attend to the various concerns of the Exhibitor pertaining to his exhibit.

    SERVICE COUNTER

    The Service Counter will be located within the lobby/exhibition hall. Representative of the Official BoothContractor and other services will also be on hand for the Exhibitors inquiries and/or requirements.

    PAGING SYSTEM

    A Paging System will be installed within the exhibition hall and paging requests should be coursed through theSecretariat Staff. However, to minimize the noise level within the exhibition hall, the Secretariat Staff reservesthe right to determine what can be accommodated and given priority.

    PUBLIC TELEPHONE

    The Organizer and/or Event Manager ensures the provision of telephone lines at the Secretariat Counter forthe use of the Exhibitors. There are (6) PLDT and (2) Eastern Telecom public telephone units in the Lobby forthe use of visitors. Phone Cards can be obtained from the vending machine at the Lobby.

    FOOD AND BEVERAGE

    All food and beverages must be purchased from the Skyline Restaurant located at the Mezzanine. Duringexpo days, a dining area shall be set up within the exhibition area.
