• 'Star EduLink' is a Training and Development services company based in Bangalore, India.

• We provide High Quality Experiential Learning Training to individuals & groups in Soft Skill & Life Skill catering to the guidelines of WHO and Human Psychology.

• Our key offerings consist of conducting specialized and customized training programs for college students both from private and government colleges. The suite of services provided to colleges include; Language workshops, employability skills, campus to corporate training, personality development and grooming skills.



Profile of Directors

Mr. Srinivas Raitha is an esteemed Member, Advisory Committee, Indian Council for Cultural Relations(ICCR), Ministry of External Affairs, Govt. of India. He has contributed immensely to the cause of achieving quality universal education in India and also abroad. He is actively involved in the area of folk & tribal art, culture, medical tourism, and research on parapsychology.

He has extensively travelled to Africa & Asian countries as a representative of ICCR and has been instrumental in creating awareness about Indian education institutions amongst foreign students and also facilitating their education in India.

He has directed and created documentary film on topics related to Indian cultural heritage including his latest on Mahatma Gandhi. He is the author of "Magical Spell of Charkha and Gandhi". He was previously working as a TV Journalist & Programmer with Doordarshan Kendra, Bangalore.

Mrs. Shweta Karnad has worked in the field of Training & Development for the past 8+ years. She has mesmerized her participants with her humble delivery of knowledge. Her enthusiastic & dynamic approach has accelerated the process of change to many people & organizations.

Acquiring immense exposure by interacting with National & International individuals & groups has widened her experience & obtained loads of feathers in

Outbound programs and many more customized corporate programs for manufacturing, IT, Pharma, Finance & Banking industries.

• Job Requirements are not met in terms of skill

• “Experiential Education” is the methodology we execute in our training programs.

• These are essentially bridging courses that serve to create an employable pool of students.

• Courses have been designed to enhance and extrapolate the skill levels of the students.

• Skill sets include social skills, personality& attitude and job skills.

• These are instructor led programs that are delivered on site.



• Deploying high quality delivery & using good assessment tools, we ensure that training outcomes are met effectively.

• The objective of this training will be to get students to a point where they become employable from a corporate organization’s perspective and place majority of these individuals in such institutions.

Program Details

Program Name - “Unnathi”

Audience Background - KEONICS’ students across Karnataka

Program Duration - 2 hours every Saturday for 3 months

- Approx 12-15 Saturdays

Batch Size - Minimum 50 to Maximum 60 per batch

Fees for training

• The full cost of Unnathi program, including English language skills & Presentation Skills, Hand book and course completion certificate per student is Rs 500/-

• Students need to have at least 80% attendance during the course to be eligible for the certificate.

• Terms& conditions

• An MOU to be signed between the Karnataka Government with Star Edulink Services Pvt. Ltd. before the commencement of the training program.

• Each centre needs to ensure that at least 100 students participate in this program.

• A minimum batch size of 50 and up to a maximum of 60 participants for each program.



• Rate mentioned is for per participant.

• Any other than above mentioned value added services availed from will be charged additionally.

• The pricing has been specifically worked out for the Karnataka Government as a special package.

• All cheque payments to be drawn in the name of Star Edulink Services Pvt. Ltd.
