SCOUTING REPORT Plenty of returning players and lots of talent make USF one of the early picks to win the league along

with UNLV. Dons have good height and tough starters back in 6-7 senior forward Johnny Burks and 6-3 guard Mike Quick~ a good ballhandler and playmaker.

The Rebels hold a 3-1 edge in the series history with USF and last season coach John Bayer's Rebs whipped the Dons twice, 76-64 at home and 89-82 in overtime on the Don's court.
