i unprotect them using Microsoft access.

Instructions :Run MS accessFrom file menu, click open. (Files of type = dBASE IV)Open "PROJECT\ombstx\offline\00000001\SUBBLK.DBF". (where PROJECT the directory containing your S7 Project)There is a PASSWORD column in the database and every entry with "3" means block is protected, just change it to "0" and close the database(no need to save)and enjoy

note that you will have a new MDB file in the same directory. this file is created only for ms access needs. it can be deleted after.
