LIABILITY WAIVER

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING carefully before signing this release and waiver of liability, we (the “Releasors”) acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions of this release and waiver of liability as identified below:

1. There are risks, both known and unknown, with using any inflatable device including, but not limited to physical injury, emotional injury, distress, paralysis and even death.

2. Each of the Releasors participating in the inflatable activities are physically, mentally and emotionally fit to do so.3. The Releasors knowingly and freely assume all risks of injury and waive any and all liability which Campbells, the partners in

Campbells and the Campbells staff members organising this event (the “Releasees”) might otherwise have had with respect to any claims, demands, causes or rights of action relating to the Releasors’ use of the inflatable device, even if arising from the actions, acts of omission or negligence of any Releasee.

4. It is my express intent that this Release shall bind the members of my family and spouse, if we are alive, and our heirs, assigns and personal representative, if any of us are deceased.

5. I indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage or costs they may incur due to the Releasors’ participation in the event, whether caused by the negligence of any or all of the Releasees or otherwise. Each of the Releasors agrees not to sue any of the Releasees and if any Releasor does so I shall be responsible for all of the Releasees’ attorneys’ fees in defending such actions. If this covenant not to sue is held to be void or unenforceable I will nevertheless pay the Releasees’ attorneys’ fees should I or any other Releasor fail to prevail in respect of its claim against any Releasee.

6. This release and waiver is subject to the law of the Cayman Islands and any claims arising in connection with it are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cayman Islands Courts.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP RIGHTS FOR MYSELF. BY MY SIGNATURE ON PAGE 1 OF THIS DOCUMENT, I FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
