Selecting a division is one of the first steps in customizing your CUR membership and enabling you to stay connected to other scholars in your field. CUR has 12 divisions including At-Large and Undergraduate Research Program Directors, and all division members vote for councilors. Council elects an Executive Board, who in turn chooses an Executive Officer to manage the national office. Exercise your CUR voting rights and sign up for a division today. Your CUR membership grants you access to CUR’s Bibliographies on Assessment and Integrating Research into the Curriculum. Established faculty who are interested in starting or restarting a research program or moving in a new direction, may also request a mentor. Mentors are provide a wealth of information on what successful undergraduate research projects look like, advice on selecting appropriate funding agencies, and review of preliminary grant proposals. To view current and back issues of the journal online, log in to your account on the CUR website, hover over the Publications tab, and select “CURQuarterly.”

Maximum discounts on CUR conference and institute registrations. Through your institution’s enhanced membership, you are eligible for the steepest discount on registration to all CUR conferences and institutes including CUR Dialogues, the Biennial CUR Conference, the National Conference on Undergraduate Research (NCUR), and CUR Institutes. Make your voice heard by volunteering to participate in CUR’s Speakers Bureau. The Bureau provides an opportunity for institutions to host speakers who can talk firsthand about the high-caliber research in several disciplines being conducted at primarily undergraduate research programs. CUR speakers can share insights and excitement with a broad audience, and they provide CUR with yet another way of strengthening science, science education, and other academic disciplines at primarily undergraduate colleges and universities.
