Coalition (NEDC). NEDC is dedicated to expanding the economic base of Norman, Oklahoma.

This non-profit organization is a joint venture of the University of Oklahoma, the City of

Norman, and Sooner Centurions, a committee of the Norman Chamber of Commerce.

About Norman. . . Norman is Oklahoma's 3rd largest city and among the fastest

growing areas in the Southwest. The community was recently

chosen as the 6th Best Small City in which to live by

CNN/Money Magazine. Norman is home to a major national

research university, the University of Oklahoma, which serves the

education, cultural and economic needs of Oklahoma. The National

Weather Center and hundreds of technology based companies such as

Astella's Pharma, Hitachi Computer Products, Space Imaging, LLC., Xyant

Norman’s University North Park Town Center is a

community development project that encompasses

585 gross acres of prime property in the City of

Norman with 2 miles of frontage on Interstate 35.

University North Park, under an economic

development plan, will provide a cohesive and

spectacular development. This unique combination of

retail, offices, hotels, convention center, restaurants and

lifestyle shopping center will be a destination spot that

will attract visitors from across the state and the

component in the northern portion of the Project

Area.

University North Park Corporate Centre is a Class-A office park developed by the Norman Economic

Development Coalition to create the ideal working environment adjacent to the retail, restaurants, and hotels

in University Town Center.
