Bocconi started its internationalization process several years ago when globalization began to pose newchallenges and organizations were required to be competitive in a global environment.

The University has answered this call by establishing stronger international bonds with foreign stakeholdersand by developing new opportunities for its students, granting them the necessary skills to be successful in aglobal market. This is the reason Bocconi has focused on recruiting academics from top institutions worldwide, allowingstudents to get in touch with professors of different nationalities.

International study abroad programs and work abroad opportunities have multiplied over the years, providingstudents with a growing international exposure and turning them into Bocconi ambassadors abroad.

Incoming foreign students have increased in number as well, attracted by Bocconi’s multicultural communityand international academic programs.

Today, Bocconi is recognized as a global player that firmly believes in internationalization as an added value tothe academic background of its students and the University is committed to consolidating its highinternational standards.

With this in mind, it is my great pleasure to present an overview of international study and work abroadprograms organized by the University.
