SUBASTA DE COMPUTADORAS

CONDICIONES Y REQUISITOS ESPECIFICOS

Garantías y servicios

1. Garantía en piezas y servicio por tres (3) años, en el sitio (On-Site) próximo día laborable.

2. Durante el primer año, cualquier equipo que este dañado y no se pueda reparar en 37.5 horas laborables. deberá ser cambiado por otro similar o superior, ya sea por el manufacturero o su representante autorizado.

3. Representante autorizado, certificado, por el manufacturero, evidencia del manufacturero. Carta certificada del manufacturero.

4. EI mantenimiento o reparación deber ser provisto localmente por el representante o representantes autorizados ("dealer") del equipo.

5. EI representante autorizado y manufacturero deben satisfacer y demostrar que existe el genuino respaldo de la garantía y servicios brindados por ellos por lo que tendrá vigente en todo momento una base de datos que describa el equipo otorgado mediante subasta. Se describirá la orden de compra, modelo y otros parámetros que ayuden a identificar el equipo incluyendo reparaciones previas y componentes defectuosos. De esta manera, no será necesario presentar al técnico de la compañía suplidora copia de la orden de compra para que se pueda reparar el equipo defectuoso.

6. Disponibilidad de brindar APOYO técnico de las siguientes maneras: Internet - mediante página web que contenga configuración original del equipo, garantía, “drivers” para reinstalación, chat para apoyo técnico, sección en web para reportar equipo dañado vía web y vía telefónica las 24 horas.

7. Servicio local para evaluación inicial donde se diagnosticará la condición del equipo. Si el equipo esta defectuoso se procederá a reparar el mismo sin tener que mover el equipo. De tener que ordenar una pieza defectuosa se esperará por la misma un plazo de máximo de 72 horas. Luego se procederá a reemplazar la computadora defectuosa por otra nueva.

8. EI representante autorizado o manufacturero asignará una persona de enlace para dar seguimiento a toda reparación que se solicite. Debe entregar con oferta nombre completo y teléfonos de contacto de la persona.

9. EI representante autorizado o manufacturero deberá ofrecer adiestramiento general a los técnicos del Recinto para que se familiaricen con la instalación y uso de programados, configuración u otros componentes en el equipo que se adquiera durante la vigencia de la subasta. Se coordinará e implantará un procedimiento para informar posibles fallos durante la operación del nuevo equipo o en la instalación de nuevos componentes y dar seguimiento a los mismos.

10. Solo se considerarán equipos de marcas reconocidas que hayan sido ensamblados por las compañías manufactureras, de las cuales lleva su nombre.

11. Se requiere que los costos sean sostenidos por seis (6) meses a partir de la emisión del aviso de adjudicación. Los precios de venta no pueden aumentar y aunque las especificaciones de los equipos sean mejoradas se honrarán los precios ya establecidos. De lo contrario, se disminuirá el precio del equipo si la tendencia del mercado así lo establece.

12. EI licitador debe presentar junto con su oferta carta del manufacturero con la lista de todos los representantes autorizados en Puerto Rico. Además el licitador deberá indicar lugares donde han suplido este equipo, nombre de persona contacto y teléfono.

13. EI manufacturero presentará carta de respaldo y compromiso con la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Rio Piedras para esta subasta.

14. EI manufacturero deberá presentar con la oferta la certificación de la "International Organization of Standarization" (ISO) y por lo menos tener una de las siguientes certificaciones ISO 9000, 9001, 9002. Deberá presentar evidencia junto a su oferta.

15. EI manufacturero proveerá una base de datos para cotejar fallas "troubleshooting"
