Unitedlayer's biggest value was walking me through the migration; taking 12 servers and reprovisioning them into the data center. It was a fairly smooth transition - the team is focused on the customer and extremely service-oriented. Ed was very consultative and flexible; and effectively talked us through solutions we knew nothing about, while also overseeing the migration and implementation to ensure everything went smoothly.

What stood out for you in working with Unitedlayer?

The support - Brian and Robert from the technical team went above and beyond dealing with what we asked them to do. The Brian's and the Robert's in a company like this make all the difference. Now that you are a customer of Unitedlayer, what value have you received?

We now have a solid Private Cloud infrastructure, mostly virtualized; an IT solution for which we have 100 percent confidence. We have better hardware, more processing power and better operating systems. And with Unitedlayer, we now have access to a large pool of IT talent we didn't have before. This is a huge advantage to have expanded our talent pool from one person to a small army.
