 ABOUT THE PROJECT 

Unitech Fresco is situated in the heart of Nirvana Country, Gurgaon. It is a new

and modern residential community developed as a nurturing refuge from the

hustle and bustle of the city. There is great sense of freshness in the

surroundings, where residents really enjoy comforts of home, peace of mind,

and pastoral gardens. Fresco is a high rise project, which offers 2 BHK and 3 BHK

apartments. The apartments contain air-conditioning in all the rooms. Also, the

kitchen in the apartments is fully fitted.

LOCATION 

Unitech Fresco is located at Nirvana Country, Sector 50, Gurgaon. The

apartments are away from the hustle and bustle of the Gurgaon city. It can be

accessed from the Golf Course extension road as well as from Mayfield Garden.

This side of the town in fully inhabited and has easy access to local markets,

clubs etc. Moreover, Nirvana Country in itself is an established township and a

posh locality, which makes these apartments all the more attractive.

F ACILITIES 

The facilities provided by Unitech Fresco include games room, swimming pool,

activity room, health club, squash court, power back up, modular kitchen and

split ACs. Nirvana Country is a fenced township and Fresco has another level of 

security for the apartment complex. The residents will also have access to the

club house of Nirvana Country

V ALUE FOR MONEY  

Unitech Fresco is offering its apartments at a basic selling price of Rs 4,700 per

square feet. Other charges such as EDC, IDC, IBMS, Parking, Maintenance and

PLC etc are applicable. So, the total cost for one apartment would range from

Rs. 63 lacs to Rs. 90 lacs, depending upon the choice of the apartment, viz 2

BHK, 3 BHK, 2 BHK + servant room, or 3 BHK + servant room. We believe that

the prices offered by Unitech Fresco are on a little higher side but can be

afforded by the upper middle class and High income group.

OVERALL 

In our opinion, Unitech Fresco is offering well fitted luxurious apartments to itsclients. The location is easily approachable and has the potential of price

appreciation. Though the price is little bit on higher side but as the apartments

come with good amenities, therefore one may not mind paying premium for it.

These apartments are good for investment as well as for self use, therefore we

recommend that if you are looking for luxurious living in a safe and secure

environment, away from the busy city life, then go for Unitech Fresco.
