S- State Objective
0My first grade class will learn the five senses and what each sense does with 100% accuracy within four class periods. In addition, the students will learn how each sense is used in everyday life and why it is important. Students will use varied types of technology such as computers, projectors, and WebQuests.
S- Select Methods, Media, and Materials
0The available materials that will be used on Friday include the computer and the projector.
0The teacher will modify the classroom so that the students’ chairs allow an easy view of the projection.
0The teacher will also modify the lighting so that the projection is easily visible.
0The teacher will be the main source of verbal information and will simply use these materials and media as tools to help

0Preview the projections from the computer to ensure the image is visible and of good quality

0This is the final day of the Unit Plan. The teacher will use this day to cover all the topics and material one last time through the use of a WebQuest which is dedicated solely to the Five Senses.
0The teacher needs to organize her materials before hand
0The teacher will need to bring the WebQuest up on the computer and go through it tab by tab following the step-by-step instructions.

0Once the WebQuest is complete, the teacher needs to answer any final questions on the topic and conclude it enthusiastically.
