Adjective agreementOIn Spanish nouns have gender.

They are either masculine or feminine. When you want to describe a noun using an adjective it is very important to MATCH THE GENDER.

OIf the noun is masculine, the adjective must be masculine and viceversa.

Adjective agreementOIn spanish there are 2 types of

adjectivesOAdjectives that end in O in the

basic form will change to A when the noun they are describing is feminine

OAdjectives that end in -e –ista or a consonant in their basic form do not change whether the adjective is masculine or feminine

Adjective agreementOIf the noun is plural then the

adjective must be plural.OIf the adjective ends in a vowel

you just add -sOIf the adjective ends in a

consonant you add –es
