Scenario• Mrs Miller & Mrs Craig would like to have a
presentation of the College. – Single document. For year 6’s.
• Has to include all the necessary information:– E.g. A welcome message, information about various
departments, how the house system works, times of the day, uniform details, past exam performance, etc.
• Has to appeal to the audience– Needs: text, images and appropriate multimedia elements,
such as sounds, animations and videos.
• It needs a navigation route to move through the presentation.
Purpose and Audience
What is the purpose of your presentation?
(what is the presentation about, what is it going to include, why is it being made, where is it going to be used?)…
The purpose is to get year 6s to come to this school .
