There are loads of adaptations of peter pan. The Original stage play ‘ Peter and Wendy ‘ was made before the adaption that Walt Disney created. The animated 1953 Walt Disney creation is the one I will be looking at. The Walt Disney version is an adaption of the stage play peter and Wendy.

I am doing peter pan because there are many adaptions. Also I am a massive fan. I remember growing up watching the Walt Disney peter pan; I also know that there is another adaption lined up for 2015 with Hugh Jackman as hook. Lately I

have been watching Once upon a time and they have introduced hooks character into season 2. My opinion is

if Disney never made peter pan no one would know about it and other adaptions wouldn’t have been made because the 1911 version is to far back for anyone to read. The Walt Disney one then made further adaptions i.e. Hook with robin

Williams and The next addition to adaption next year. Pan in 2015.
