Cobham comprises an attractive and affluent Surrey

THE BUILDING
DESCRIPTION
Cedar House comprises a historic detached building with Georgian façade but with origin, in part, said to date back to before the times of Henry VIII. The main building is constructed of brick with considerable elements of timber-framing, whilst there are also a number of small single storey extensions and storage outbuildings, together with a detached triple garage.
The accompanying grounds are most attractively presented and there is a gravel driveway access leading to car parking areas to each side of the main building.
