We distill a range of small batch, handcrafted premium gin, vodka, apple jack and whisky spirits from scratch, using bespoke stills and high-quality Ontario fruit and grains. We are locally-owned and use a combinat ion of traditional and innovative techniques such as wood finishing (barrel aging), micro oxidization and infusing to create unique flavour profiles for each of our hand crafted spirits. Simple, natural, pot distilled Canadian style spirits-smooth enough to drink neat but bold enough to mix well with other spirit s. And cocktails -Canadian style cocktails- a little feisty up front but with a smooth relaxed finish. Made for those who want something different!

PLANNING A WEDDING

Featuring private, semi private and beach patio areas Housed in a historic building in London’s Artisanal Sector that dates back to 1886, Union Ten Distilling Co. offers a beautiful and unique event space perfect to experience your wedding celebration. While blending a rustic ambience with modern amenities, this industrial chic venue features three distinct spaces over its 16,000 sq. ft. A working distillery and production facility; the Proof + Parrot Tasting Bar; and the Whisky Jack Performance Hall with access to a private sand beach patio. Each area is designed for optimum socializing and surrounds our working distillery.

The building can seat up to 275 guests and has a lot to offer, including 96 inch tall windows providing a great view of the stills, 145 feet of vintage yellow brick lining the walls, a 40 foot live edge bar and a unique industrial chic atmosphere. It also has a spectacular terrazzo flooring that was salvaged to evoke the look and feel of the original factory floors. We've worked hard to renovate this historic building and to preserve its original spirit. We want that same spirit to shine through in everything we do at Union Ten, from our small-batch spirits and locally sourced ingredients, to the special events we host – natural products and authentic moments.

Some evolve, and some will be the same for the next hundred years. Faith Phoenix, ten year Distillery and Winery veteran and Union Ten Distilling’s badass Liquid Chef uses locally and seasonally sourced ingredients to craft our cocktail menu. Her deep passion and creativity for handcrafted cocktails will inspire and impress. Union Ten’s cocktail menu is a combination of our climb to reach these new heights in mixology, while preserving some classics that are tried tested and true.

BEEREven though we’re a distillery we know that a lot of people still enjoy a cold beer. As a matter of fact we do too on a hot day. Union Ten has created a craft and premium beer program from local craft breweries and have our own brew on tap. But don’t worry if you want something special, custom orders are available for events.

WINE

Craft distilleries and boutique wineries share an artisans passion for hand production and the use of high quality natural ingredients. Our wine list for events showcases wines mainly sourced from the those being produced from the high quality grapes in the closest wine growing regions of Ontario and with whom we have a direct relationship. However if you want a special wine, custom orders are available for events.˝
