• Biswajit Gupta Director & Principal Officer • An alumnus of IIT – Kharagpur, India’s premier

engineering and science institute. Academically inclined, he has shared his knowledge without reservation and mentored several juniors who have gone on to become underwriters., He is a Fellow of the Indian Insurance Institute and is an insurance professional with over 20 years experience in the general insurance industry .He started his career in 1989 with National Insurance Company and his last assignment was as the Regional Underwriter for Mumbai Commercial Region.

Our Core Team• Biswajeet Mohanty Director• A MBA from Xaviers’s Institute Of Management and is an

Associate from Insurance Institute Of India.A result oriented professional having 20 years of varied experience in the general insurance industry, encompassing underwriting, claims management, sales and marketing , reinsurance.He started his General insurance Career with Oriental insurance Company in 1991 and his last assignment was as VP & Regional Head- Commercial – Mumbai.

• Core Skills- Developing marketing plans, strategies , designing and implementing programmes for bringing in keen customer focus, Managing the insurance programme of major corporates Expertise in arranging Reinsurance Driven Facultative quotes to meet the requirements of Major Corporates.

Our Core Team• Khushal Jhaveri Vice President• Mr. Khushal Jhaveri is trained as a Mechanical Engineer from

Mumbai University. He has also completed Management Education Programme (MEP) from IIM -Ahmedabad, which is Rated as India’s best and Asia’s foremost Business School. Mr. Jhaveri then worked with a Lloyds Broker in London and thereafter set up a boutique consulting firm for insurance and reinsurance. Mr. Jhaveri was responsible for the first Mutual Fund Liability policy in India, which was later mandated by SEBI to be compulsory insurance for the Mutual Fund Industry. During the Technology boom, Mr. Jhaveri assisted a Lloyds Broker in arranging an Auto Fac Treaty for Technology Errors and Omissions for a large Indian Insurance company.

• Core Skills- Mr. Jhaveri specialises in Specie, Liability and Ports and Terminals Insurance.

His last assignment was as the Segment Head –Property and Personal Lines underwriting with Reliance General Insurance Company Limited.
