SDHV (Small-Duct High-Velocity) is a central air-distribution system made of very small ducts that deliver conditioned air into the room using small jets of air that actively mix the room air without creating drafts.

• Small ducts – adds cubic feet to office space, increases head room; eliminates or dramatically reduces the need for unused room between ceiling and next floor

• Unobtrusive round or slotted outlets (can even be hidden) come in wood, metal, and plastic finishes. Outlets either 2" or 2.5" round or 3/4' x 8" slotted

• Quiet – All systems include sound absorbing duct (sound attenuator) which is further enhanced with the soft start / soft stop feature of our UNICO System air handlers with SMART Control Board

• Highest comfort in the industry – No drafts – Even temperatures ceiling-to-floor, wall-to-wall – Lower humidity while cooling – Warm air heat pump

• Most UNICO SYSTEMS air handlers are modular – WILL FIT BETWEEN TRUSS JOISTS.

• Requires less labor to install than conventional commercial systems

• Energy efficient low leakage duct system – less than 2%

• 1/4 the size of traditional commercial ducting

• Great for zoning multiple rooms year round

• Design Flexibility – UNICO air handlers can heat and cool using chillers, boilers, DX cooling only and heat pump condensers, geothermal heat pumps, and UNICO’s line of cooling only and heat pump UniChillers. UNICO air handlers are also compatible with the following products:
