    Armageddon and Conditional Prophecies

Key Thought: God will gather all nations for the purpose of honoring his saints withdeliverance and of punishing the wicked for their wickedness. Some prophecies of thistime include conditional elements that will never be literally fulfilled.

Sub-Thoughts:1. The battle of rmageddon is the sub!ect of many prophecies. "t is an importantpart of God#s plan for this world.$. %ot all the prophecies of the &ible are devotional in nature. Some are intendedas warnings. Some are intended as positive reinforcement.'. %ot al the prophecies in the &ible are certain to be fulfilled.

Some were warnings that( because heeded( were unfulfilled. Some were rewards that( because unmerited( were removed. Some were on a national scale.

Such prophecies( when related to the end of time( may be

confusing. Such prophecies( when related to the end of time( may be partlyfulfilled.

&y partial fulfillment God shows that rewards are transferred&y partial fulfillment God shows that other parts will be

    unfulfilled
