quality given is not up to the mark or claimed by them
Child labour- employing children below the age of 14.

situations, extreme temperatures, and abuse from employers.
Sweatshop workers often work long days, sometimes exceeding
14 hours, and earn pay far below a "living wage". Ex : Nike Inc. &

mislead the consumer.
• For example shoes that have the brand name PIIMA,
can mislead a customer, because of the resemblance
to the much more famous brand name PUMA

CDC have found that the local residents
living by a tannery in Kentucky are five
times more likely to develop Leukaemia
Animal transport laws specify that only six cows be
transported in a lorry. But, according to PETA, four
times as many animals are forced into a single vehicle
"Exotic" animals such as alligators are also factory
farmed for their skins

different company or by a subsidiary of the same
organization
Companies resort to knowledge process outsourcing when
they:
Have a shortage of skilled professionals
Have the opportunity to hire skilled workers earning lower
wages in another location for a lower overall cost
UNETICAL PRATICES IN KPO
Immoral and unethical practices related to handling of crucial data
Billing rates are higher as compared to billing rates in BPOs
In the KPO they make hoax calls to customers
Breach of security-There is a theft of passwords etc
They also Make fake performance reports for better performance
incentives
There is a higher attrition rates in KPO,leaving without serving
notice period.
Dependence on drugs in order to ease out work pressure.
Uninformed shuffling of employees across the processes.
