Private Client & Family OfficeOur dedicated Private Client team have experience in delivering private wealth solutions such as trusts, estate and succession planning, and the increasingly popular foundation structures to a range of clients.
The team also provide tailored “family office” solutions servicing a smaller number of our largest clients where more day-to-day client contact and involvement with advisors is required. These structures tend to be more complex, often involving private trust companies with international assets and investments with family members spread across the world.

Fund ServicesJersey Private Funds (JPFs)Whilst we provide a broad range of fund administration services, our approach is targeted towards servicing Jersey Private Funds with private equity or real estate investment strategies and where bespoke and flexible services are required, tailored to the specific needs of the fund manager or promoter.
We work closely with our clients and their advisors to set up the most suitable structure for their requirements, ensuring that all formalities are dealt with promptly so that formation occurs within agreed deadlines.
We undertake full establishment and administration services for JPFs and we provide secretarial and corporate governance support as appropriate and as per the specific requirements of each client. Where vehicles within the JPF structure need to be established outside of Jersey, we can assist with this too.
What we can doFollowing establishment, we can act as the Designated Service Provider and will tailor the extent of any additional services to the requirements of each particular client. As part of this service we will organise capital calls and distributions, monitor inflows, oversee payments, monitor and reconcile bank accounts and liaise with auditors as appropriate. In addition, we can provide bookkeeping and accounting services in-house and can provide periodic investor reporting as well as full annual financial statements.
