Conclusions

As we have seen that Pricol right now is working on the concept of CollobarativeCustomization where it talk to customers to help them articulate their needs, toidentify the precise offering that fulfills those needs, and to make customizedproducts for them. H owever now its time for pricol to take second step andmove on to Cosmetic Customizers where it can Present a standard productdifferently to different customers.

Pricol s Focus is more towards Product complexity and less towards processcomplexity. One of the reason is that it has structured its process in a very linearfashion already and there is not much need to alter it.

T he New product development philosophy of Pricol is working excellent for it

and it is only this because of which Pricol is much ahead from its competitor andprovide value to its customers

Modular approach taken by Pricol in its NDP is also helping it achieving it higherresults.
