Conductor having highest voltage to ground in 4-wire delta system must be connected to the right hand terminal and marked with orange tape at the pedestal and in the meter base. Meter Base 281086 Plastic bushing required for steel conduit to protect cable. Schedule 40 PVC or better Furnished and Installed by Consumer. Service laterals furnished and installed by OG&E. NOTES: 1. Place identifying tag on service conductors with information relating to where service is coming from (pedestal, transformer, pipe or no pipe under driveway.)
