How to choose between the degrees

Each degree has its own distinct perspective and focus, and offers different areas of study and double

degree options.

When it comes to choosing which degree is best, think about whether students would like to specialise

in a particular discipline early, or whether they would prefer to leave options open and decide later.

Bachelor of Banking and Finance

This degree provides the skills to manage money in

institutional settings, such as banks or investment

houses. Students will learn about key banking and

finance concepts, and how to assess the financial

needs of companies and individuals and match

them to suitable financial products. Graduates will

business banker, funds manager or loan adviser.

This degree provides students with an inter-

disciplinary understanding of issues affecting

contemporary international firms, their strategy,

corporate policies and operations. International

business develops knowledge and skills for the

international economic, financial, political, legal,

managerial and strategic environment of business.

Three business knowledge units

industry based learning projects, investigative
