He was arrested on January 4, and freed on bail on Jan 6, 2014.

He was indicted at Magwe Tsp police station.

He is detained in Pakokku prison. Their initial court hearing

was on February 14, 2014.

He protested becasuse the son of minister for ministery of

transportation and communication, Mandalay Division,

confiscated the land belongs to B.E.P.S-16











He is a member of National Unity Party, and he is a contender

against minister for ministery of transportation and

communication, Mandalay Division.

Their court hearing was set on March 18, 2014.

Thant Zin Htet said he and the farmers were released on bail

on Wednesday (Feb 12, 2014) after paying about US$50 and

now awaited further court proceedings against them.

Except 7 people from Thekone township, 2 people are not in

by police that he is charged under section 18. But he hasn't

Tun were released on bail on the same day. Thein Aung Myint

This time is fifth time that he was indicted under section 18.
