WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (2) of sec-tion 4 of the Totalisator Agency Board Betting Act,1960, that the Governor may on the recommen-dation of the Minister and the Board, from time

to time, and at any time, by Proclamation declareany portion or portions of the State to be atotalisator agency region for the purposes of thatAct; and whereas the Minister and the Board haverecommended that the land described in the sched-ules hereunder be declared totalisator agencyregions for those purposes: Now, therefore I, theLieutenant-Governor and Administrator, actingwith the advice and consent of the ExecutiveCouncil, do hereby declare that the land describedin the schedules hereunder shall be totalisatoragency regions for the purposes of the TotalisatorAgency Board Betting Act, 1960, in the case of theland described in the First Schedule, as from andincluding the 7th day of August, 1961 . ; and, in thecase of the land described in the Second Schedule,as from and including the 14th day of August,1961.
