WHEREAS it is enacted by subsection (2) of sec-tion 4 of the Totalisator Agency Board Betting Act,1960, that the Governor may on the recommen-dation of the Minister and the Board, from time

of the date hereof: Provided that payment of theamounts by which the Basic Wages have been in-creased by virtue of this Order may at the em-ployer's option be delayed until the end of the firstpay period which commences after this date.
