Earth work in excavation including clearing away vegetation, if any, in foundations, trenches, drains etc. in soft/loose soil as classified in the specifications in both dry and wet conditions { including de-watering) up to a depth of 3m. The rate shall include cost of all tools & tackles, labours, stacking & spreading of excavated soil within plant boundary, dressing of sides, ramming of bottom. Excavation shall be measured as PCC size+5OOmm on either sides.Same as above but soft / hard rock ( not requiring blasting)Extra charges over rate for item 1.1 above for every additional 3.0 meters lift or part therof

3 Form Work3.1

Providing and laying machine mixed cement concrete of controlled grade of M2S, using 20 mm and down size graded coarse aggregate of approved stone, approved coarse sand and cement for structures reinforced heavily or lightly including providing & mixing of any integral compound, additives, placing concrete in position in foundation and superstructures of any required size and shape, all arrangements of hoisting, transporting of concrete to its final pcs.uon, lorm.ng pockets, leaving openings, providing and fixing sleeves, embedding necessary inserts of any description, size and shape.holding down bolts, hooks, angles, channels, pipes, anchor plates etc. (all inserts holding down bolts, anchor plates, pipes, bolts and nuts etc. shall be measured and paid by weight under separate item) Tamping, vibrating, curing, rendering and finishing if required to give a smooth and even Surface etc. and also including supply of all required materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work, all complete for the respective levels as under:

Providing and fixing in position to correct line level and plumb plain form work in all shapes, sizes and directions, of wooden, MS sheets, or any other approved materials of rigid design, faces dressed with approved form oil to prevent adhesion of concrete to forms etc., including splayed edges, notching, , including leaving necessary recesses, openings for pockets, inserts etc., including providing and fixing all staging scaffoldings, struts, braces, supports, props etc., including easing, striking and removing formwork from site etc. all complete. The rate should also include supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for satisfactory completion of works all complete for the respective levels as under

Supplying, straightening, cleaning, cutting, bending to required shape and lengths as per Bar Bending Schedules and placing of high yield strength deformed bars conforming to IS-1786 having a minimum yield stress 500 N/Sq.mm in all types of RCC work including structures of slipform/curved constructions for all heights and depths with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers etc. fixing and binding of reinforcement with 16 SWG black soft annealed wire (Binding wire will not be measured and paid for). Only such dowels chairs, pins etc. as approved by Engmeer- in-Charge shall be measured and paid. The rate shall also include labour, T & P, cost of binding wire, preparation of detailed bar bending schedule (BBS) etc. required for proper completion of work.

Providing and laying non-shrink grout Such as "Conbextra GP2" or other equivalent grout as approved by Engineer in-Charge including shuttering, vibrating/ temping, T & P, Labour, curing etc. all complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete grout in proportion 1:1:2 with 12mm and down graded aggregates including shuttering, vibrating / tempimg, T & P, Labour, curing etc. all complete.

Demolishing of PCC including disposal of material within plant boundaryDemolishing of RCC including disposal of material within plant boundary
