This entry Form is to nominate bulls for SHOW ONLY. ALL Show Bulls must be catalogued in this Sale and this must be done on the SALE ENTRY FORM distributed by Elders Rural Services. In addition, a Sale Entry Fee is payable to cover advertising and cataloging. The Sale Entry Fee is shown on the Sale Entry Form and is to accompany the Sale Entry Form when it is lodged with Elders Rural Services Australia Limited. All information will be copied to Catalogue format, which should omit any typing errors etc, which has occurred in
previous years. You will not be required to send a hard copy of forms if submitting electronically.
We will only require a hard copy of each form with payment if not submitting electronically.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. No animal shall be eligible for showing that has not been catalogued for sale with the agents conducting the sale, or for which entries have not been received by the prescribed closing date. 2. No animal shall be eligible for the Show and Sale that has not been correctly registered with the Society. 3. All Registered Animals whose nominations are accepted must: A. Be identified to their pedigree by the Society B. Pass the Society’s veterinary inspection covering – scrotal circumference, testicles, penis/prepuce, mobility, age, eyes & jaws. 4. The vendor must be a financial member of the Society and shall warrant that he is the absolute owner of any animal entered by him or by his
authority to the Saleyards and shall indemnify the Society against all claims on whatsoever ground and whatsoever cause made against the Society in respect of such animals at the insistence of any other person.
5. All animals must be legibly tattooed with the prescribed Society tattoo in one ear only. If tattoos are illegible, the animal will fail inspection. 6. Minimum scrotal circumference: 18-21 months: 32cm, 21-24 months: 33cm, Over 24 months: 34cm. 7. Entries are to be from herds that have Johnes minimum JBAS6 status.
8. Entries are to include all updated vaccination records INCLUDING all dates. Pestivirus testing is to be carried out prior to nomination and no
bull with a positive result will be accepted. 9. All Bulls must be semen tested BY A VET (no longer needs to be done by a member of the ACVA) within 70 days prior to the sale.
Vet reports need to be on a Vet Certificate. Vendors may choose to include morphology testing. 10. Breedplan figures will be GROUP BREEDPLAN and accessed directly from the Society database. 11. Vendors are required to supply copies of the following documents to the Elders office by Friday 17th July 2020 and upon arrival at the sale
yards. - Herd Health Status Declaration duly completed and signed by the appropriate persons as shown on the form - Bull Physical Report for each bull entered, completed and signed by a registered veterinarian within 70 days prior to the date of sale - Semen Evaluation Report - Pestivirus test results 12. All bulls are to be weighed, fat scanned, and eye muscle scanned upon arrival at the sale yards. All bulls to be yarded by 10.00am Thursday,
23rd July 2020. 13. Any bull that presents for inspection with 6 teeth FULLY erupted will be ineligible for show or sale 14. No substitution of a nomination can be accepted under any circumstances. 15. Sale Entry Fees Bulls - $200 + $20 GST so your entry fee will be $220 per head. Sale Entry Fees Females - $75 + 7.50 GST so your entry fee will be $82.50 per head Show Entry Fees – $16.50 / entry (incl GST) 16. Vendors are to have all pens of 3 and or 6 in the same pen as they will not be pulled from different pens for the show. 17. It will be the responsibility of the vendor to arrange his own fodder requirements. 18. It is the vendor’s responsibility to ensure their Public Liability Insurance covers these activities and provide a current copy of their
Certificate of Currency at the time of entry. If policy expires prior to sale, then a new COC must be produced prior to sale and dis-played on the pens at the sale. NB: ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT CURRENT CERTIFICATE OF CURRENCY.
19. No exhibit or person in charge thereof shall be equipped with, wear or display anything which indicates ownership of the exhibit whilst being
judged. 20. All passed in bulls at the sale will be liable for Yard Dues as charged by the Glen Innes Severn Council.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR GLEN INNES BULL SALE 1. The prescribed entry fees for All SHOW & SALE entry fees must accompany entries to Elders Rural Services Australia Limited. Your nomination WILL NOT be
accepted if you fail to send entry fees. Withdrawals will forfeit entry fee once catalogues have been finalised. 2. All bulls must have a certificate of soundness and semen test from a qualified veterinarian (no longer needs to be done by a member of the ACVA) within 70 days
of the Show displayed on the bull’s pen for the duration of the show and sale. 3. The Agent reserves the right to establish a maximum number of sale entries per vendor. 4. Any bull that is passed in with no bid in the sale ring may be sold after the sale for a minimum of no less than the upset price (to be established at vendor meeting
prior to sale) 5. It is recommended that bulls be at least frame 5 or above. 6. Cataloguing: a. Sale will be totally integrated b. Draw will be done on vendors’ average from last year’s sale, with 50% or majority of draft in first run C. New vendors come in at the completion of studs with a current average in the first run and in the same order in subsequent runs. The Committee have
the right to use their own discretion for final cataloguing D. The Females will be catalogued in the same stud’s order, and by the same criteria, to follow on straight after the bulls. Female Sale Females up to 7 years may be nominated, wet and / or PTIC
Maximum of 3 females per vendor Must be registered Need to be pregnancy tested if joined and sire nominated and if wet, calf details printed in catalogue. Nominations are welcome even if the vendor is not nominating bulls
Andrew Meara/Brian Kennedy will inspect all potentially nominated heifers at the time of inspecting the bulls. Nomination fee will be $82.50/head inclusive and entries will close with Elders by Friday 1st May 2020.

Advertising individual Vendor Studs & details, similar to last
year as shown above.
This Advertising will be at a cost of $550 per vendor with the Vendor Committee rebating each vendor $220 of this
price (therefore costing $330 each)
