Train the proper use of fire extinguishers in a safe, effective

and environmentally acceptable manner. The TUTOR provides

two available flame sizes for varying training stages. Various

props are available to mount on the TUTOR.

TRAINING AREA

Dräger's TUTOR fire extinguisher trainingsimulator provides for an excellent set-upto safely practice the use of manual fireextinguishers. The task is to extinguish gas-fired flames in a fire pan. The success ofthe extinguishing action is beingdetermined by the trainer who switches the

extinguishers. Completely manufacturedusing polished stainless steel, the TUTORoffers an outstanding warranty of 5 years(60 months).

The TUTOR has been designed to betransported by utility vehicle (pick-up), utilitytrailer or by a van. The unit comes with12 VDC 30 Amp-hour battery power and a43 lb propane cylinder on board the cartdetermined by the trainer who switches the

fire on and off.

SCOPE OF TRAINING

The TUTOR enables the realistic simulationof a multitude of fire scenarios.

Different mockups are available to simulatefires for example:

43 lb propane cylinder on-board the cart.Water to fill the pan once before use of theTUTOR remains to be provided on-site.

SAFEGUARDS AND CONTROL
