ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકમા ંઅરજદારે પોતાનો જ ફોટો તથા સહી અપલોડ કરવાની રહશેે અન્યથા અરજીપત્રક રદ કરવામા ંઆવશે.

A. મ ખ્ય સ ચનાઓ : 1. ઉપરોક્ત જાહરેાતમા ંદશાગવેલ જગ્યાઓની સખં્યામા ંવધ-ઘટ કરવાનો નનર્મને અબાનધત હક્ક રહશેે. 2. ઉમેદવારે ઓનલાઇન અરજીપત્રક ભયાગ બાદ તેની એક તિન્ટ આઉટ મેળવીને પોતાની પાસે

સાચવીને રાખવી.જયારે તનગમ ધ્વારા અરજીપત્રક રજ કરવા જિાવવામા ં આવે ત્યારે અચ ક લાવવાન ંરિશેે.

3. ઉપરોક્ત દશાગવેલ જાિરેાતમા ંજે જ્ગગ્યાઓની ભરતી કરવાની છે તે તનગમની આગામી જરૂરીયાત તેમજ તનવતૃિને ધ્યાનમા ંરાખીને ભરતી કરવામા ંઆવે છે,જેથી જેમ જેમ તનગમને જરૂરીયાત જિાશે તેમ તેમ પસદંગી/િતીક્ષાયાદીના ઉમેદવારને તનગમ તનમણ કં હ કમ આપવાની કાયગવાિી કરશે.

4. જાહરેાતમા ં દશાગવેલ અનામતની જગ્યાઓમા ં રોસ્ટર પદ્દનત બાબતેની નીનત અને નનયત ટકાવારી અનસુાર ફેરફાર/ સધુારો કરવાનો નનર્મને અબાનધત હક્ક રહશેે.

5. જો ઉમેદવારે આ કક્ષામા ંએકથી વધ ુઅરજીપત્રક ભરેલ હશે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારનુ ં અંતીમ ભરેલ અરજીપત્રક જ નવચારણામા ં લેવામા ં આવશે અને બાકીના અરજીપત્રકો આપોઆપ રદ થયેલા ર્ણાશે, જે અંર્ે ઉમેદવાર કોઇ તકરાર ઉપસ્સ્થત કરી શકશે નહહ.

6. કોઇપણ ઉમેદવારે એક થી વધ ુઅરજીપત્રક ભરેલ હોય અને અલર્-અલર્ અરજીપત્રકમા ંપોતાના નામ / નપતા/પનતના નામ અને અટકમા ંસ્પેલીંર્મા ંમીસ્ટેક કરેલ હશે અથવા એન્રી કરવામા ંસ્પેસ અલર્-અલર્ રીતે રાખેલ હશે તેવા સજંોર્ોમા ંએક જ ઉમેદવારને એક થી વધ ુઅરજીપત્રક સામે એક થી વધ ુકોલલેટર મળવા પામશે તેવા સજંોર્ોમા ંલેખીત પરીક્ષા સમયે રુબરુ આઇ.ડી. પ્રફુ રજુ કયેથી આઇ.ડી.પ્રફુની નવર્તો મજુબ સાચી માહહતીવાળા કોલલેટર સામે પરીક્ષા આપવા પાત્ર થશે.આઇ.ડી. પ્રફુ મજુબ અરજીપત્રકની નવર્તોમા ં ક્ષનત / ભલુ હશે તો પરીક્ષા આપવા દેવામા ંઆવશે નહહ.

7. આ જાહરેાત અન્વયે પસદંર્ી પામનાર ઉમેદવારોને નનર્મના કોઇ પણ નવભાર્ ખાત ે નનમણ ૂકં આપવામા ં આવશે અન ે વહીવટી કારણોસર બદલી કરવાનો નનર્મને અબાનધત અનધકાર રહશેે.નનમણ ૂકં સમયે આ નસવાય પોતાના વતનના અથવા અન્ ય જી્લાના નવભાર્મા ં નનમણ ૂકં મેળવવા હક્કદાવો કરી શકશે નહી.

8. નનમણુકં પામેલ ઉમેદવારની બે વર્ગ દરમ્યાનની કામર્ીરીની સમીક્ષા નોકરીના ંબે વર્ગ પણૂગ થયેથી કરવાની રહશેે અને જો કામર્ીરી સતંોર્કારક જણાય તો જ બાકીના સમય માટે ચાલ ુ રાખવામા ંઆવશે.

9. આ સીધી ભરતીની જાહરેાત અન્ વયે નનર્મના પડતર આનિત ઉમેદવારો પણ નનયમો અન ેજોર્વાઇઓ પહરપણુગ કરતા હશે તો અરજી કરી શકશે અને તેઓ સીધી ભરતીના ઉમેદવાર ર્ણાશે.

માન્ય યનુનવનસિટીની સીવીલ / સ્રકચરલ એન્જીનીયરીંર્ની ડીગ્રી (૧૦+૨+૩ કે તેથી વધ ુવર્ગનો કોર્ગ) અથવા માન્ય સસં્થાનો સીવીલ / સ્રકચરલ એન્જી.નો ડીપ્લોમા(ંધોરણ-૧૦ પછી ડીપ્લોમા કરવામા ંઆવેલ હોય તેવા હકસ્સામા ં૧૦+૩ કે તેથી વધ ુવર્ગનો કોર્ગ અથવા ધોરણ-૧૨ પછી ડીપ્લોમા કરવામા ંઆવેલ હોય તેવા હકસ્સામા ં૧૨+૨ કે તેથી વધ ુવર્ગ)

સાચવીને રાખવી.જયારે તનગમ ધ્વારા અરજીપત્રક રજ કરવા જિાવવામા ં આવે ત્યારે અચ ક લાવવાન ંરિશેે.

5. જો ઉમેદવારે આ કક્ષામા ંએકથી વધ ુઅરજીપત્રક ભરેલ હશે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારનુ ં અંતીમ ભરેલ અરજીપત્રક જ નવચારણામા ં લેવામા ં આવશે અને બાકીના અરજીપત્રકો આપોઆપ રદ થયેલા ર્ણાશે, જે અંર્ે ઉમેદવાર કોઇ તકરાર ઉપસ્સ્થત કરી શકશે નહહ.

7. આ જાહરેાત અન્વયે પસદંર્ી પામનાર ઉમેદવારોને નનર્મના કોઇ પણ નવભાર્ ખાત ે નનમણ ૂકં આપવામા ં આવશે અન ે વહીવટી કારણોસર બદલી કરવાનો નનર્મને અબાનધત અનધકાર રહશેે.નનમણ ૂકં સમયે આ નસવાય પોતાના વતનના અથવા અન્ ય જી્લાના નવભાર્મા ં નનમણ ૂકં મેળવવા હક્કદાવો કરી શકશે નહી.

8. નનમણુકં પામેલ ઉમેદવારની બે વર્ગ દરમ્યાનની કામર્ીરીની સમીક્ષા નોકરીના ંબે વર્ગ પણૂગ થયેથી કરવાની રહશેે અને જો કામર્ીરી સતંોર્કારક જણાય તો જ બાકીના સમય માટે ચાલ ુ રાખવામા ંઆવશે.

9. આ સીધી ભરતીની જાહરેાત અન્ વયે નનર્મના પડતર આનિત ઉમેદવારો પણ નનયમો અન ેજોર્વાઇઓ પહરપણુગ કરતા હશે તો અરજી કરી શકશે અને તેઓ સીધી ભરતીના ઉમેદવાર ર્ણાશે.

લાયકાતના ક લ - ૭૦ ગ િના વેઇટેજના મેરીટગ િ મ જબ ૧ જગ્ યા સામે ૧પ ઉમેદવારોના િમાિમા ંઉમેદવારોને બોલાવવામા ંઆવશે, છેલ્લા ઉમેદવાર ધ્વારા જેટલા ગ િ મેળયાયા િોય તેટલા ગ િ ત્યાર પછીના ંજેટલા ઉમેદવારોએ મેળયાયા િોય તો તે તમામને બોલાવવામા ંઆવશે.

5) લેબખત પરીક્ષામા ંપાસ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોની શૈક્ષબિક લાયકાત / અગ્રતા માટેની વધારાની શૈક્ષબિક લાયકાતના ક લ - ૭૦ વેઇટેજ ગ િ તથા O.M.R પધ્ધતતથી લેવાનાર સ્પધાગત્મક લેબખત કસોટી અને કોમ્પ્ય ટર કાયગક્ષમતા માટેની કસોટીમા ં મેળવેલ ક લ ગ િના ૩૦ િમાિે વેઇટેજના મેરીટગ િ ધ્યાને લઈ બને્ન ગ િોનો સરવાળો કરી અનામત / બબનઅનામત ધ્યાને લઈ મેરીટ યાદી તૈયાર કરવામા ંઆવશે ત્યારબાદ યાદી મર્જ કરી મેરીટ મ જબ ૧ જગ્યા સામે ૧.પ (દોઢા) અથવા જર રીયાત મ જબ બોલાવવા પાત્ર થતા ઉમેદવારોને દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસિી માટે બોલાવવામા ં આવશે અને તેમાથંી િોતવઝનલ/ આખરી પસદંગીયાદી/ િતતક્ષાયાદી બનાવવામા ંઆવશે.

6) પ્રોનવઝનલ પસદંર્ીયાદીમા ંપસદંર્ી પામેલ ઉમદેવારોને વય, જાનત, શૈક્ષણણક લાયકાતો અન ેઅન્ય જરૂરી અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી માટે બોલાવવામા ંઆવશે તયારે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની નવર્તો કરતા ં ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકમા ં દશાગવેલી નવર્તો જુદી કે ખોટી જણાશે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારને પસદંર્ીને લાયક ર્ણવામા ંઆવશે નહી અને તેની ઉમેદવારી રદ ર્ણવામા ંઆવશે.

2. ઓનલાઈન અરજીની નવર્તોને આધારે મેરીટ િમ મજુબ O.M.R પદ્દનતથી લેવાનાર સ્પધાગતમક લેણખત કસોટી માટે પાત્ર ર્ણી નનયત કરેલ ઉમેદવારોને બોલાવવામા ંઆવશે.

3. જાહરેાતમા ં જણાવ્યા મજુબના સીલેબસ પ્રમાણે ૧૦૦ ગણુની O.M.R પદ્દનતથી સ્પધાગતમક લેણખત કસોટી લેવામા ં આવશે (દરેક પ્રશ્નનો ૦૧(એક) ગણુ) અને તેનો સમય ૨:૦૦ કલાકનો રહશેે.આ કસોટીમા ંઉનિણગ થવા માટે લધિુમ ૪૦ ગણુ મેળવવાના રહશેે.

4. ૪૦ થી ઓછા ગણુ મેળવેલ ઉમેદવાર નાપાસ ર્ણવામા ંઆવશે. 5. આ પરીક્ષાનો અભ્યાસિમ આ જાહરેાતની કોલમ C - a)ની પેટા કોલમ ૧ મજુબનો રહશેે.તથા

પ્રશ્નપત્રનુ ંમાધ્યમ ગજુરાતી (અંગ્રેજી વ્યાકરણ નસવાય) રહશેે. 6. O.M.R પદ્દનતથી લેવામા ંઆવનાર ઉિરવહીના મુ્ યાકંન માટે સાચા-ખોટા જવાબ, એક કરતા વધ ુ

નવક્પો દશાગવેલ જવાબ, છેકછાક કરેલ તથા છોડી દીધેલ જવાબોને ધ્યાનમા ંલેવામા ંઆવશે. ખોટા, છેકછાકવાળા, એકથી વધ ુ નવક્પ દશાગવેલ તથા છોડી દીધેલ જવાબના ં ગણુન ુ મુ્ યાકંન માઈનસ પદ્દનતથી કરવામા ં આવશે.પ્રતયેક ખોટા જવાબ,ખાલી છોડેલ જવાબ,છેકછાક કરેલ,એક કરતા વધ ુનવક્પ માટે પ્રતયેક જવાબદીઠ ૦.૨૫ ગણુ માઈનસ કાપવામા ં આવશે,પરંત ુ જો ઉમેદવાર જવાબ આપવા મારં્તા ન હોય અને O.M.R ઉિરપત્રમા ં નવક્પ (E) ડાકગ કરશે તો તેના માઈનસ ૦.૨૫ ગણુ કાપવામા ંઆવશે નહી.

7. દરેક ઉમેદવારે પોતાની ઓળખ માટે માન્ય ફોટો આઈ.ડી.પ્રફુ જેવા કે(ઈલેકશન કાડગ,ડ્રાયવીંર્ લાયસન્સ,પાનકાડગ,આધારકાડગ,આઈ.ડી.કાડગ વરે્રે પૈકી કોઈ એક) સાથે લઈને કોલલેટરમા ં દશાગવેલ રીપોટીર્ સ્થળે/તારીખ/ેસમયે અચકુ હાજર થવાનુ ં રહશેે અને રજીસ્રેશન અંરે્ની જરૂરી કાયગવાહી કરવાની રહશેે.

8. જો કોઈ મહહલા ઉમેદવારે અરજી પત્રકમા ં નપતાના નામની જગ્યાએ પનતનુ ં નામ દશાગવેલ હશે તો લગ્ન કયાગ અંરે્નુ ં પ્રમાણપત્ર / સોર્ધંનામુ(ંનોટરી કરાવી) / રે્ઝેટ સાથે લાવવાનુ ં રહશેે અને તે પરુાવો પરીક્ષકને રજુ કરવાનુ ંરહશેે.

9. અસલ કોલલેટર ઉમેદવારે પરીક્ષાના સ્થળે સાથે લાવવાનો રહશેે અને પરીક્ષકને રજુ કરવાનો રહશેે.

10. O.M.R. ઉિરવહીમા ંપોતાની ઓળખસચૂક માટે કોઈપિ િકારની તનશાની, લખાિ, આલ્ફાબેટ બચિન કે જેનાથી ઓળખ પ્રસ્થાનપત થાય તો તેવા પ્રયાસ કરનાર ઉમેદવારને આ પરીક્ષા માટે રે્રલાયક ઠેરવવામા ંઆવશે.

5) લેબખત પરીક્ષામા ંપાસ થયેલા ઉમેદવારોની શૈક્ષબિક લાયકાત / અગ્રતા માટેની વધારાની શૈક્ષબિક લાયકાતના ક લ - ૭૦ વેઇટેજ ગ િ તથા O.M.R પધ્ધતતથી લેવાનાર સ્પધાગત્મક લેબખત કસોટી અને કોમ્પ્ય ટર કાયગક્ષમતા માટેની કસોટીમા ં મેળવેલ ક લ ગ િના ૩૦ િમાિે વેઇટેજના મેરીટગ િ ધ્યાને લઈ બને્ન ગ િોનો સરવાળો કરી અનામત / બબનઅનામત ધ્યાને લઈ મેરીટ યાદી તૈયાર કરવામા ંઆવશે ત્યારબાદ યાદી મર્જ કરી મેરીટ મ જબ ૧ જગ્યા સામે ૧.પ (દોઢા) અથવા જર રીયાત મ જબ બોલાવવા પાત્ર થતા ઉમેદવારોને દસ્તાવેજ ચકાસિી માટે બોલાવવામા ં આવશે અને તેમાથંી િોતવઝનલ/ આખરી પસદંગીયાદી/ િતતક્ષાયાદી બનાવવામા ંઆવશે.

6) પ્રોનવઝનલ પસદંર્ીયાદીમા ંપસદંર્ી પામેલ ઉમદેવારોને વય, જાનત, શૈક્ષણણક લાયકાતો અન ેઅન્ય જરૂરી અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની ચકાસણી માટે બોલાવવામા ંઆવશે તયારે અસલ પ્રમાણપત્રોની નવર્તો કરતા ં ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકમા ં દશાગવેલી નવર્તો જુદી કે ખોટી જણાશે તો તેવા ઉમેદવારને પસદંર્ીને લાયક ર્ણવામા ંઆવશે નહી અને તેની ઉમેદવારી રદ ર્ણવામા ંઆવશે.

C. O.M.R. પદ્ધતતથી સ્પધાગત્મક િતે લક્ષી લેબખત કસોટી :- જુની.એન્જીનીયર/સપુરવાઇઝર (નસનવલ) કક્ષામા ં ઉમેદવારોએ ભરેલ ઓનલાઈન અરજીપત્રકોની

નવર્તો તેમજ શૈક્ષણણક લાયકાતના આધારે નનર્મના નીનત-નનયમો મજુબ લેણખત પરીક્ષા માટેની મેરીટયાદીમા ંસમાવેશ કરવામા ંઆવશે.સદર જાહરેાત માટે નનર્મ દ્વારા મજુંર કરવામા ંઆવેલ પરીક્ષા પદ્દનત અનસુાર પ્રથમ તબક્કામા ં (૧) O.M.R પદ્દનતથી સ્પધાગતમક લેણખત કસોટી અને (૨) બીજા તબક્કામા ં કોમ્પ્યટુર કાયગક્ષમતા માટેની પરીક્ષા,એમ બે કસોટીઓ લેવામા ંઆવશે,જેની નવર્તો નીચે મજુબની રહશેે. a) O.M.R પદ્ધતતથી સ્પધાગત્મક લેબખત કસોટી (િથમ તબક્કાની લેબખત કસોટી –ભાગ-૧)

4) ૨૦ થી ઓછા ગણુ મેળવેલ ઉમેદવાર નાપાસ ર્ણવામા ંઆવશે. 5) આ પરીક્ષા ઓનસ્િીન લેવામા ંઆવશે. 6) આ કોમ્પ્યટુર કાયગક્ષમતા માટેની કસોટી માઈિોસોફ્ટ ઓફીસ ૨૦૦૭ તથા ગજુરાતી ટાઈપીંર્
