My slides from the UK UPA event 'User experience for social change', 19th May 2011. This was quite a brief presentation and it centred mainly on the possibilities and consequences of using design to influence people's behaviour for social benefit, rather than the Design with Intent patterns. Do have a look at some of the other presentations I have up here at Slideshare - a couple of them are actual slidecasts with audio.
