Browser Based Notifications

• Consistent platform to deliver messages to the end users• Customer’s can then relate these messages to Trend Micro products• The content should contain: event details, why it occurred, remedial

measures and any other information user may need to resolve the issue.

Network Reputation Services (NRS)

• Consistently present the functionality offered by NRS module.• Use consistent terminology and descriptions.

URL Filtering

• Addition of Group Names to organize the URL categories• Expand/Collapse a group to see the URL categories within it.• Selecting a group selects all categories in that group.

• Provides consistent interactions and look and feel for wizards.

Placement of Page Refresh Buttons

• Suggests a proper placement of a Refresh button on a page when necessary

If the “refresh” button refreshes the entire page it should be placed at a higher level than tying it up with the table.

When the refresh button refreshes the complete page, it should be placed at the top as shown in this example.

Control Manager Settings

• Describes all interactions in the Control Manager Settings UI.

• This component needs to be consistent across all products.
