2. So, if God will provide all of our needs then why are there
still children who are suffering from hunger, poverty, and
violence?of hope?
3. God tells us that the answer for the help these children need is
in each of US
4. If you feed those who are hungry and take care of the needs of
those who are troubled, then your light will shine in the darkness
~Isaiah 58:10~

6. 55% of the people in Uganda live in extreme poverty making $1.25
each day
7. Only 4 out of 10 people can easily get to safe drinking
water
8. The estimated 3.5 million orphans are orphaned due to AIDS,
making it the highest proportion worldwide
9. Approximately 20,000 babies are infected by HIV annually
10. 80% of women and children are forced to live in camps and slums
because of surrounding conflict
11. Over 56,000 children under the age of 5 die each year because
of malnutrition in Uganda alone
12. Over 25,000 children have been abductedby the LRA and used as
child soldiers or trafficking slaves
13. About 1.5 million children in Uganda are said to be involved in
child labor
14. By this time tomorrow, 12 more children will have died in
Uganda
15. But there is one thing that they do have
16. HOPE
17. A hope for life
18. A hope for love
19. A hope for peace
20. And a hope for Jesus
21. Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the
name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them
to obey everything I have commanded you. Surely I am with you
always, to the very end of the age. ~Jesus
