Sports All students in grades six through eight are invited to participate on school sports teams. Based on the season, these may include cross country, basketball, soccer, tennis, lacrosse, or volleyball. We embrace an “everybody plays” philosophy to encourage students to enjoy the aspects of teamwork, practice, and athletics even if they do not consider themselves “athletes.” The Williams School is part of the Eastern Tidewater Independent Schools League (ETIS). The League is comprised of the following schools: Baylake Pines, St. Patrick, St. Mathews, Torah Chimes, and Gateway Christian.
