16 seconds, Long shot of two actors close together evokes it is a romance genre. This is also shown by thesetting of the field of flowers, voice over begins to tell thestory so begins to start the rising action in Freytag’striangle.

24 seconds long, Long shot of 4 actors walking towardsthe camera, continues with the rising action as audiencebegin to ask questions that the film will hopefully answer.Who are they? Why are they in a forest and whatsignificance does this have?

30 seconds, Caption to advertise the success of the filmso therefore the audience are compelled that the film willbe good, and will fulfil the purpose of the trailer to drawthe audience in.

44 seconds, after a series of fast paced shots theaudience are introduced to Jacob Black. The way theactors are holding hands also evokes that there is aromantic connection that then forces the audience toremember back to the start of the film when we see Bellawith another actor so continues with the rising action of what has happened with the other actor.

50 seconds, Caption is a clear example of Freytag’srising action, the caption poses a mystery and intriguesthe audience into asking what the choice is. The blackbackground with the grey mist is typical of a gothicromance type genre.

Her presence emphasizes theturning point in Freytag’s triangle, the dramatic musicwhen Victoria comes onto the screen, which suggestssomething is going to happen with the character. Thefalling action is continued in the next shots with thecharacters reactions and voice over’s which heighten thedrama and keep the audience interested.

The ending should reinforce the product name, written inthe logo typography. The way the name of the film iswritten is a trademark, reminding the audience of the filmand links with other media publicity material such as filmposters. The music is quiet and slow which contrastswith the fast paced dramatic music of the rising action soas to connote the ending of the trailer.
