Summary Evaluation of the visit: Identify specific benefits to your course mates from the visit If you had a goal in mind when visiting the place, recap your goal and what you

did to achieve that goal. Follow up on the specific information you hoped to find at the event in your visit,

as well as knowledge gained that you had not expected.

Conclusions/Recommendations

Provide your overall conclusions and recommendations to the place that you have visited.

References

Include suitable references to substantiate the information you provide in your report.

Attach the list of information such as handouts, leaflets, brochure, illustrations, etc to this report.
