Assessment:

• TÜV NORD EnSys Hannover (in the following TÜV NORD) checked the qualification ofTECTUBI and the prerequisites of the company to fulfill the requirements of the MaterialSpecification MS-D1/D2/03 and of the Component Specification RE-L 151OlE;

• TÜV NORD checked the qualification of the company to carry out the fabrication, heat treat-ment as well as testing and inspection on basis of the Material Specification MS-D1/D2/03 andof the Component Specification RE-L 151DIE;

• TÜV NORD checked the requirements and proceedings for the purchasing of raw materials atsub-suppliers.

An on-site meeting at TECTUBI RACCORDI S.p.A. was held between 11 and 12 May 2016

Assessment results:

Hereby TÜV NORD confirms the following:

• TECTUBI RACCORDI S.p.A is certified ace. to the relevant codes and standards for fabrica-tion of pipes and of welded piping parts be to mounted into piping systems and components;

• The quality management system of TECTUBI RACCORDI S.p.A shall be re-certified ace. tothe German KTA 1401, to be performed by AREVA on 15 Jun 2016;

• The quality management system of the company is certified ace. to DIN EN ISO 9001 with cer-tificate valid until Sept 2018. The commissioning of qualified sub-suppliers for raw materials(ingots) is part of the quality management system of TECTUBI RACCORDI S.p.A and thecompany is proceeding according to this procedure;

• TECTUBI RACCORDI S.p.A fulfills the requirements of the mentioned German codes KTA3201.1 and 3211.1 regarding the qualification as manufacturer of pipes;

• TECTUBI RACCORDI S.p.A fulfills the requirements of the Angra 3 Material Specifications re-garding the qualifications for the manufacture of the pipes including testing and inspection dur-ing the fabrication.

TÜV NORD states that the manufacturer TECTUBI RACCORDI S.p.A, located in Podenzano, Italy,is qualified for fabrication of RC-D1 and RC-D2 pipes according to the AN3 Material Specificationand with respect to the German KTA standards 3201.1 and 3211.1. The Company is qualified forwelded fix points according to the Component Specification RE-L 151DIE and with respect to theGerman KTA standard 3211.3.
