1. Click on the Wheel button at the top right

hand corner and select Edit site Layout

2. You will see some changes on the page.

Move your mouse over Article in the left

side bar.

3. Edit sidebar item option will now be

enabled. Click on the Article section of the

left side bar.

4. You will see a dialogue box like the

following one:

5. Select the existing articles and delete them.

Dont delete the title Article.

6. After deleting the articles, click on the Add

Page option in the dialogue box.

7. Now another dialogue box will open and it

will display a list of all pages in the journal

website. Try to find the article pages (1 to 5)

of the current issue that you need to insert

in the left side bar.

8. After selecting each article, click OK button

below.

9. After inserting all the articles, indent them

by using right arrow.

10. Now the articles must look like the

following one.

11. Click OK button

12. Now click at the Close button at the

top right hand corner.

You are done. In the same way, you have to

insert editorial and contributors pages in the

left side bar.
