Unwind with a monthly day spa as well as a dedicated hair and beauty salon, complementary aromatherapy program, reflexology and a specialised pain massage program. Turramurra House offers personalised physiotherapy management as well as seated yoga and Pilates led by our in-house physiotherapist.

DINING

Turramurra House residents enjoy restaurant-style dining. Our on-site chef prepares everything from scratch, including stocks, sauces and delicious morning and afternoon teas. Local and seasonal produce is used to provide residents with extensive menu choices everyday.

At Turramurra House we look after our residents and their families, who will always be involved in their care. We have an open door policy, welcoming visitors at anytime. We take pride in getting to know the families and loved ones as well as we know our residents. Families can feel free to call and chat to our staff about their loved one at any time.

CARE

At Turramurra House we aim to create a family home atmosphere.

We are lucky to have very experienced staff with specialised qualifications, who have the time and the skills to care for whatever your needs may require. We offer long-term rehabilitation, respite, palliative and dementia care with 24-hour Registered Nurse assistance. General Practitioner services are available or your own doctor may visit.

LIFESTYLE

With an onsite coffee shop, daily happy hour and a variety of recreation activities you’ll never want for company. Our recreation staff have qualifications in Leisure and Health management to achieve the best balance of mental and physical health for all residents. There is craft, painting and cooking programs as well as a book club and beautiful gardens to stroll.

There is weekly live entertainment from string quartets through to local schools and choirs. Enjoy bus outings to places like Lavender Bay, national parks and the beaches. Local churches provide services for all denominations and spiritual beliefs.

CLINICAL SERVICES

The key to our outstanding clinical care is our experienced and diverse staff who maintain strong working relationships with local health services and providers to achieve the best outcomes for residents.

Our staff regularly liaise with Sydney Adventist Hospital, Lady Davidson Rehabilitation Hospital, Greenwich Hospital, the Grace Team at Hornsby Hospital and Neringah Hospital Palliative Care to ensure our residents receive the most comfortable and efficient care possible. We can provide onsite hearing tests, dental and denture care, optometry services, podiatry, dermatology and speech therapy.
