"Turkish state relations with the terrorist organization "daesh
1
Introduction
The policies of Turkish President "Regep Tayip Erdogan" and his interventions in the Syrian
and Iraqi affairs, raised many questions in the region, as well, several European media and
the Turkish opposition puplished the relationship between Turkish President "Erdogan" and
the terrorist organization "daesh", this relationship Raised a lot of controversy !!
Many countries have relations with daesh, either because of business interests or ideological
intersection, but Turkey is in the top.
The group (daesh), which is cursed by the world, has been adopted by the Turkish state and
has never denied their relations, and Turkey has sometimes described them as "angry
children".
Tens of videos on social media shows the turkish soldiers and members of the terrorist
organization meet. Tens of thousands of daesh members and terrorist jihadists have arrived
in Syria through Turkish territory. The most destructive place in which daesh organized itself
was Turkey.
The former US special envoy of the United States of the international anti-daesh coalition,
Brett Macgurk, also revealed the relationship between the Turkish state and daesh, and said:
"We had several meetings with Turkey to close its borders in front of daesh. The aim was to
prevent daesh enter into Syria, but the Turkish government did not close its borders and said
we would not close, but after the Kurds took control of part of the border, Turkey erected a
wall on the border and closed it!"
It is worth mentioning that, the Turkish state have traded oil with daesh, in addition to many
dirty deals with them, where the Turkish state itself shows its operations against daesh and
arrest their members, but that's not true.
When the Turkish state realized that it would not defeat SDF through Turkish-backed daesh,
the Turkish government began another phase of "fighting daesh" through lies; it declared its
real war against SDF and Kurds.
After the elimination of daesh geographicly in March 2018 by the Syrian Democratic Forces
(QSD) and the US-led International Coalition, the Turkish state began to refer to"daesh" as a
terrorist group.
With the Turkish invasion of NES on October 9 - 2019, news on the Turkish media about the
arrest of daesh members began almost daily.
In this file, we will show the Turkish state relationship with the terrorist organization
"daesh", and how to finance them in various ways across the Syrian-Turkish border. That's
from reliable sources on the Internet, and through the members of the terrorist organization
"daesh" themselves as well.

First - Evidence of involvment of Regep Tayyip Erdogan's government with desh
The Turkish state has passed 40,000 terrorists and jihadists to Syria. Despite the information
published by Turkey about the arrest of daesh members, its relationship with daesh
continues.
According to the Turkish Ministry of Justice:
• In 2015, the number of terrorists in Turkey's prisons was 2,850, with only 41 terrorists
being investigated, and 2,809 terrorists have not been questioned yet.
• In 2016, 4.605 were arrested on suspicion of relations with daesh, 513 were arrested and
only 7 were sentenced.
• In 2017, 2,300 of daesh members were arrested in addition to 470 others, and now only 28
of them are being talked about.
• In 2018, international pressure forced the Turkish state to increase those previous figures,
where it arrested 3.015 of daesh members, and claimed that the number of detainees has
161 thousand!
• In 2019, in order to give the legitimacy of its attack on the SDF and residents of the North-
East Syria, the Turkish state is talking about the arrest of 4.517 of daesh.
In the past 10 months, the Turkish government has claimed to have arrested 13,696 of
daesh.
According to these information, the Turkish state arrested 26,466 of daesh members in the
period between 2015 and 2019.
These figures come from the official information of the Turkish state, and there are many
things that have been included in the intelligence files, according to intelligence documents
for the site "Nordic Monitor", a large number of terrorists arrested between January 2014
and July 30 of the same year, their names were not included in the official documents of the
AKP courts, and they were released.

According to Turkish media, only 37% of daesh detainees were registered in the official
restrictions of the Turkish courts, and the others were in turkish attack on Efrin; to fight
instead of Turkish soldiers.
More recently, as the Turkish invasion on the northern and eastern cities began, they
changed the clothes of the terrorists with new name "Syrian National Army".
Dissident confessions revealed that daesh have established a training camp for suicide
bombers in a border area between Syria and Turkey. A French detainee says, he was in this
camp and saw groups receiving military training to send them to Lebanon, Libya and other
cities in the Middle East.
The information also showed the establishment of training camps for Al-Qaeda and Salafi
jihadist of the Turks and so-called (Arab mujahideen) in "Waziristan" - in the northern
"Pakistan" to be sent to Syria after completing the training there, and that hundreds of
(jihadists) are stayed in safe houses in southern Turkey before being smuggled across the
border into Syria. Regional intelligence agencies close to the government of Regep Tayip
Erdogan also revealed Turkey's role as a transit point for (jihadists) from Europe and Syria,
and vice versa.
Pictures and videos revealed the numbers of girls and young people who joined from Europe
to fight in Syria through Turkey, where leaks through social media published videos of the
transit of a number of girls and young people from Britain and other countries across the
Turkish border through the network of "daesh" active within Turkish cities and border
villages with Syria.
1- Contradiction in Turkish claims:
Despite the mentioned information, the Turkish presidency has denied reports that
there is a relationship between the current President "Recep Tayyip Erdogan" and
his son, "Bilal" and his daughter "Sumaya" with (daesh), but this denials completely
contrary to what was announced by the President of the Fallujah Support Council
"Abdul Rahman al-Namrawi" On July 22-2015, that all the leaders of the terrorist
organization daesh escaped from Fallujah to Turkey.
For daesh, Turkey is a haven, and transit station for daesh in Turkey is in the form of
individuals and business networks run by companies, customers and money
laundering. Turkey is also the gateway to daesh worldwide. As for the continuity of
these agreements, it depends on the variables of interests between two sides.
2. The Turkish position since the beginning of the crisis in Syria up to date is
witnessing the following changes:
• Continuation of the relationship with the terrorist organization "daesh" and the radical
factions.
• Turkish incursion into Syrian territory for the purpose of occupying these lands under
several names.
• Turkey's security has been threatened from within, not across the border, by the presence
of jihadist factions and daesh members there.

• Escalation of the confrontation between the Turkish occupation army and the Syrian
Democratic Forces "QSD", which will strengthen the jihadi factions such as (daesh and HTS)
(formerly Nusra) in the region, and revive them again after it reduced its operations
because of its almost final defeat by Syrian Democratic Forces and the US - led International
Coalition.
3- Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi's brother:
Many visits by the brother of "Abu Bakr al-
Baghdadi,"Juma" to Turkey months before the
killing of al-Baghdadi, where he got through
thousands of kilometers within Turkish territory
(the state in NATO) without being arrested.
This information was revealed by the British
newspaper (The National). "Juma" is the brother of
former Islamic State terrorist leader Abu Bakr al-
Baghdadi, who traveled several times to Istanbul,
through acrossing northern Syria.
The moment when Turkish soldiers farewell to members of daesh terrorist organization in Turkish territory
The paper quoted two Iraqi intelligence sources as saying that Juma was one of the trusted
envoys of the daesh, leadership because he was communicating and keeping information about
the organization's operations in Syria, Iraq and Turkey.
According to The National and Iraqi intelligence officials, Baghdadi's brother traveled a
distance of approximately 2,300 km, without being arrested in Turkey, where he traveled to
"Istanbul" several times and then back to Syria, and he traveled sometimes to Iraq through
Turkish territory from the legitimacy land passages; not by smugglers, and it is likely that he is
still alive, but there is no picture of him.
One of the main tasks of the brother is to receive packages in which all information about the
progress and work of "daesh", and through an intermediary person who transmitted all the
information to "Juma" and therefore to "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi"

The leader of the terrorist organization "daesh", Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim Ali Badri al-
Samarrai, aka "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi"
1- The killing of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi:
The leader of the terrorist organization "Daesh" Ibrahim Awad Ibrahim Ali Badri al-Samarrai,
aka "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi"
The Americans, Iraqis, and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) watched the leader of the
terrorist organization daesh, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, in the five months before the operation.
SDF succeed in planting a "spy" who collected all the information in details of "Abu Bakr al-
Baghdadi" with his position near the border areas with Turkey and Idlib. This is what the US
intelligence community considered a successful and historic for the Kurdish intelligence.
On October 27, 2019, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was killed in a joint operation between the US
military and the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) in Barisha village, near a Turkish checkpoint,
about 5 km from the Turkish-controlled "Hatay" region. .
The killing of al-Baghdadi in the area under control of the Turkish occupation, reveals
Turkey's connection with the terrorist organization "daesh". Elsewhere, in the "Jarablus" in
Ein al-Baydha village, so-called "Abu Hasan al-Muhagir, the deputy of "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi"
was also killed in a joint operation between the US military and the Syrian Democratic Forces
(SDF).
"It is impossible for the Turkish government not to be aware of the presence of Abu Bakr al-
Baghdadi in the area just a few kilometers from the Turkish border with Syria. It's Turkish
intelligence region par excellence, and everything that happens where the Turkish military
command is aware of it", said by a former senior military official who spoke to The National.
According to the Turkish military official, the Turkish government announced the arrest of
Baghdadi's sister in order to remove suspicions about its relations with daesh, and to show
itself as a collaborator in the war against the terrorist organization.
Thus, the question is, where are the leaders of the first rank of "daesh" and the prisoners
fleeing of daesh from prisons within the areas controlled by Turkey during its intervention in
the North-East Syria?

It is worth mentioning in an article published in the newspaper "Washington Post" by the
former envoy to the international coalition against ISIS (Brett McGurk), "The US military
launched its military operation against "Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi" from Iraqi territory, while he
could do so from Turkish installations are nearby, and this probably shows mistrust in
Ankara".
Turkey was informed of the operation shortly before the implementation, which was the
same time that saw the notification of two countries falling under the category of
adversaries, namely Russia and Syria, while Turkey is supposed to be among the allies.
According to McGurk.

- leaders of the terrorist organization
daesh, accuse the betrayal of
Erdogan and let down the
organization, in a video published in
Turkish broadcast by the group in
one of his accounts on the site
(Twitter) from Raqqa city, here, a
question arises about the nature and
depth of the relationship between
both of them to the point of
describing the Turkish president as a
betrayer. The most important
question is, why the organization has
not yet targeted the interests of the
"Erdogan" regime and targeted only
the Kurds and foreign tourists? This video may be motivated by misinformation in order to
pretend that there is no relationship or that
they have reached new understandings.

- Although daesh has carried out terrorist operations against thousands of civilians around
the world, including Muslims and others, and executed hundreds of hostages, it could have
negotiated for important gains, it was no coincidence that any hostage held by the
authorities was tortured. Most of the bombings in Turkey were targeted opponents of the
"Regep Tayyip Erdogan" regime and foreign tourists, this was used in the service of political
objectives for the benefit of "Erdogan", and to show the Turkish state as suffering from ISIS
terrorism.
Here, we do not intend to object to the right of families and governments to liberate their
children and citizens, but sensitive security issues have been mentioned that the Turkish
intelligence could have prevented or happened with their knowledge.

There are many documents show the relationship of daesh with the Turkish government as
mentioned above, but to summarize the file, we are satisfied with so much documents and
information regarding this relationship between the two parties.
Conclusion:
The suspicious relationship between Ankara and daesh is no longer secret, despite all the
revelations in recent years of Turkish support for the extremist organization.
Investigations and evidence shows the involvement of Turkish President "Regep Tayyip
Erdogan" and his government with terrorist organizations, especially daesh. There are many
indications that "Erdogan" supports terrorism internationally by passing explosives from
Turkey to Australia to carry out terrorist operations in Australia against Emirati targets there,
according to the Australian government and german newspapers.
The involvement of "Regep Tayyip Erdogan" in the terrorist organization "daesh" is exposed
in public as mentioned above, where it reviews the presence and spread of "daesh", which
has been on the Turkish-Syrian border for years, and represents a security belt for the
Turkish state.
Therefore, these actions of the Turkish regime and its current president, governments need to activate
the resolutions of the Security Council, to hold the Turkish regime and its president, the authorities,
governments and persons concerned with this massive support to terrorist organizations, judicially and
internationally.
