OFFICE HOURS:Normal hours of operation for Turfgrass, Inc. are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, at peak times, many of our branches will open earlier to service you better. Special arrangements can be made for product pick-up at other times, by contacting your Turfgrass representative or the local Turfgrass office.

CREDIT POLICY:All orders are C.O.D. until credit is established. A Credit Application is provided in this catalog, pages 51-52. Standard terms are net 30 from delivery, unless otherwise stated on the invoice. The following credit cards are accepted for purchases. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER

To process electronic payments directly from your bank account, contact our Accounts Receivable department at 800-521-8873 SALES TAX:Sales tax will be charged in accordance with the state laws of the purchaser. Appropriate exemption certificates or permits must be registered with Turfgrass prior to the refund of any sales tax.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS:Service charges will be applied to all past due accounts. Pre-season discounts will NOT be allowed on past due payments. Any account with a past due balance of more than 30 days will not receive additional shipments until account is brought back into good standing.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY:No goods are to be returned without prior authorization from Turfgrass. On all returns a 15% restocking charge will apply and transportation or postage charges shall be paid by the customer. No credit will be issued on broken cases or partially filled containers.

Designed for our area & zones. Mix of Annuals and Perennials, to provide vi-brant colors, with a growth height of 18" to 36" tall.

Seed Rate: 10-12 # / Acre.

Excellent mix of perennial and annual varieties that exhibit a shorter overall mature height. Typical Height: 16" - 24" tall.Seed Rate: 10 - 12 # / Acre.Mixes very nicely with a fescue mead-ow type mix such as our Highlander Links/Ecology Mix at 1# LGWF : 4-5# Highlander.Follow the seed rate for the WF Mix per acre then add fescues. Straight Hard or Sheeps Fescue can be used with WF mixes too.

Designed for hard to establish shaded areas. Works very well with about 40% sunshine.

Made up of 17 species, of which annu-als make up approximately 55% and the perennial/biennuals make up 45%. This mix should grow to a height of 24-30 inches.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES: Payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date with 1.5% per month late charge on all invoices not paid according to terms. The undersigned agrees to pay all collection costs, including attorney's fees, incurred in collecting payments due under this agreement. A $32.00 charge will be assessed for any returned checks. Turfgrass, Inc. is hereby granted a security interest in any products purchased from Turfgrass, Inc. or its affiliates or subsidiaries. In the event goods are returned for credit or due to default of payment, a 15% re-stocking fee will be charged.

Turfgrass, Inc. has the right to revoke or change terms at Turfgrass, Inc.'s discretion. Any claim for incorrect pricing, short shipment, or damaged merchandise should be made within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. Turfgrass, Inc. will not recognize claims made after this period.

GUARANTEE The undersigned (jointly and severally), in consideration of your extending credit to the above, do hereby unconditionally guarantee payment of all indebtedness, liabilities or obligations said applicant shall at any time owe to Turfgrass, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or affiliated companies. This guarantee shall be a continuing, absolute and unconditional guarantee and shall remain in full force and effect until expressly revoked by a written notice from the undersigned sent by certified mail, return receipt requested and, also, until all of said indebtedness, liabilities and obligations, created before Turfgrass, Inc. receives such notice, have been paid in full.

This guarantee extends to and includes any and all interest due or to become due together with any and all cost and expenses, including but not limited to collection agency fees, reasonable attorney fees and court costs incurred by Turfgrass, Inc., or its affiliates or subsidiaries, in connection with any matter covered by this guarantee. The undersigned hereby consents to the jurisdiction of the Courts of the State of Michigan.
