DESCRIPTION

The luminaire is composed of an anodised extruded

aluminium profile of variable length and a 10mm thick glass

or polycarbonate protector. This robust design confers a

high impact resistance.

The optical compartment is integrated into the profile and

closed at each end by a lateral cover made from injection

moulded polycarbonate. It pivots on an integrated hinge to

provide access to the lamp via the plug.

The control gear is mounted on the profile and can be

removed after loosening two screws.

The Linea T5 is a compact luminaire specially designed for all power levels of T5 fluorescent lamps.

INSTALLATION

Six mounting brackets (adjustable length) on the sides allow

an easy installation in the ceiling and on walls.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION

The electrical connection between different profiles installed in

a line is carried out by using a compression gland.

On request, two compression glands can be provided at each

end to allow a looped feed.

MAINTENANCE

After unscrewing the M4 captive screws, the optical compartment pivots around a hinge providing access to the lamp and the control gear mounted on the profile.

After loosening the plug, a spring system pushes the lamp out of the optical com-partment. The lamp can then be removed by detaching it from the lampholder.
