Erasmus+? Erasmus + is the program of the European Union which aims
at strengthening the capacities in the field of higher education through
cooperation projects between higher education institutions (HEIs) from
program countries and eligible partner countries.
Who can put projects? Public or private higher education institutions,
associations or organizations in the fields of education, training and youth.
Who can participate?
- Student having an inscription in a Tunisian HEI.
- Staff employed in Tunisian HEIs (administrative / academic staff).
- Staff employed in an association.

Capacity Building in Higher Education (CBHE) projects aim to
encourage the cooperation between the EU and Partner Countries and
support eligible Partner Countries in addressing challenges in the
management and governance of their HEIs. This includes improving the
quality of higher education, developing new and innovative education
programs, modernizing higher education systems through reform policies as
well as fostering cooperation across different regions of the world through
joint initiatives.
