experienced managerial control with a vision of professionalism and service comes first. The company has a set up of 10 production lines at the moment with the opportunity of expansion at the existing premises. With a target of annual turnover of over USD 10 million Tex Way employs over 600

people. The company comprises all fully automatic machinery set up having fantastic relation with quality customers globally. Combining very selective expertise Tex Way offers value, reliability and innovation. The name Tex Way

represents a mark of quality, loyalty and commitment. Many of our respected customers around the world trust us because of our optimistic professional attitude and that’s not in words only, but in practice. Tex Way Apparel Industries Ltd. is built in July this year with an aim to provide extended service to our

valued customers of our buying division and manufacturing and supplying them Jersey knitted products like Tee shirts, Polo shirts and all kinds of fashionable knit garments for men, women and children. This State of the Art project is set with branded all automatic machinery and equipments and all necessary social, environmental and technical compliance issues are adhered at the time of setting up. One reputed consulting firm of the country is working & monitoring the compliance issues that our customers are looking for to be maintained.

We obtained BSCI accreditation to meet the compliance criteria for all over Europe

We use 100% cotton A-Grade ring spun carded, combed, organic, pima and CVC, PC yarn to make quality fabric in all garments production.

Strategic direction While Tex Way Apparel continues to focus on knitted jersey products, with a growing focus on differentiated products of jersey knitwear like Tee shirt, Polo shirt, Fleece items and all other kinds of similar products, we aim to build sustainable business with our service to our valued existing customers in Europe, United States and Canada. Our extended aim is to secure access to other higher growth regions like China & Japan and thus our new project Tex way Apparel Industries Ltd. is built for. We are set to make good progress and achieve approximately 75% of our overall target within the 1st year of operation. As well as saving through cost reduction by using most modern machinery, improved operational efficiency and action plans are also focused in achieving best customer service in terms of quality and delivery time schedule.

Environment Tex Way believes that respect for the environment is critical to the success of its business. Tex Way is committed to minimising the environmental impact of its operations and its products through the adoption of sustainable practices and continuous improvement in environmental performance. To date, 80% of manufacturing operations have been certified to the independently verified international environmental management standard and within a short period of time Tex Way Apparel Industries Ltd. will also be arranged to certify by

international standard management organizations. We already got BSCI accreditation by now and much more to achieve.

Community involvement Tex Way aims to contribute positively to the communities around or near to its operations. As well as providing

employment for many thousands of people, Tex Way actively participates in community initiatives and

encourages biodiversity and nature conservation. Tex Way is also active in stimulating training programs and internship for fresh graduates to contribute in national employment. We support cultural, social, educational and sporting activities that contribute to the well-being of residents, both in the immediate vicinity of our plants and elsewhere. Our involvement can take the form of financial support, the provision of materials and the time, skills and enthusiasm of our employees. Our Managing Director Md. Tofazzal Hossain is the Chairman of ‘’Haemophilia & Health Care Trust’’- a national organization working for the helpless and poor patients affected by inherited deadly blood disease of Haemophilia. A substantial portion of his income is spent in charity.
