(homogen) sehingga MANOVA bisa dilanjutkan.

Kesimpulan karena P value( sig) < 0.05 maka H0 tidak ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan

bahwa matriks varian kovarian dan variabel dependen sama,sehingga MANOVA bisa

dilanjutkan.

maka HO ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan YI dan Y2 dengan

Dari Tes of Between menunjukkan bahwa hubungan Tipe kepemimpinan(X )dengan kinerka

guruYI memiliki tingkat signifikansi 0.00 < 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan hasil Y1 yang

diakibatkan oleh A. Sedangkan hubungan antara A dengan hasil Y2 memiliki signifikansi

sebesar 0.00 >0.05.
