Michael E. Krentz is Director of Music and Organist at Christ Lutheran Church, Allentown, PA.
He received Bachelor, Master, and Doctor of Music degrees from Northwestern University; his
teachers were Richard Enright and Wolfgang Rübsam. Previously he was on the faculty at The
Lutheran Theological Seminary at Philadelphia for nine years. Dr. Krentz is a past-Dean of the
Lehigh Valley Chapter of the American Guild of Organists, and currently serves as
Secretary/Treasurer of the Association of Lutheran Church Musicians.
